Easily one of the best shops in Kelowna. So much to see here. Very reasonable pricing considering a lot of their products are expensive to import if you order them yourself.

Wonderful family owned business. Always super-friendly and helpful. Would love to see a bit more variety one day, like maybe clothing? Either way still a great little store.

This is an awesome store specializing in Anime. There are many items from the Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z and even Sailor Moon, to name a few. There are many hard to find items here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's a great price to shop for collectibles.

Just popped into the store, surprisingly big with a variety of figures and Japanese goods. Staff is was kind and helpful. I was in a crunch on what to buy this time, but next time I am in Kelowna it’ll be a guarantee visit!

Love perusing the different figures and ghibli wares. I always end up leaving with some cute, and addictive mystery box item. They can even special order things. They also have a large selection of paints, glosses, tools, and top coats for all customizing needs. Staff is always friendly and welcoming and keep a very clean and cute shop!

I love this place, they really enjoy what they are doing and it shows. The prices are pretty standard for Canadian nerdy" stores. They carry a good assortment of Dvds

I ordered from them online and it was a great experience. To start I chose them because there was a wide selection at good prices. I had been hunting for a 00 Raiser MG and they had it in stock and at a good price ($30 cheaper than the one I found locally).The order shipped the very next day. When it arrived my gundam models were all packed very well, even some packing between each kit. On top of it all there was a hand written note saying thanks and to enjoy building. Will definitely shop again.

I love this place. The owners are amazing and so kind. I have been in many many times and to be honest spent far to much money in this place...and will continue to do so. I don't live in town anymore, so any time I go to Kelowna Chibi's is ALWAYS on the list of places to go.They have a great selection of figures, plushies, decor, knick knacks, and more.The figure ranges from $30-$400+ so there is something for everyone's budget which is awesome! The figures always seem to be current and well stocked. And they do a fantastic job making sure the high priced figures are up to standard before purchase and wrapped safetly to get them home.I always am happy to see them it's clear the passion they have for this business and their customers.I also have used their website to order from and it's so extremely convenient. I put a figure on notification for when it became available and forgot and recieved a text message letting me know it was in stock and they can hold it or ship it to me. So convenient!!! I can not say enough great things about them, definitely recommend if you are a collector or anime fan!
