The Powder Room
I started going to The Powder Room in 2014. In almost a decade, I have yet to find another place that makes me feel like The Powder Room does. The service from start to finish is high quality.I no longer live in Ontario, but I fly back to Toronto twice a year to see my family and go to The Powder Room. I've seen Kelly and see Taryn and absolutely love them both; I value their big, wonderful, and honest personalities, eye for detail, and percise hands.Highest recommendations!

The Powder Room
I highly recommend this place especially nurse Taryn! She is super sweet and takes the time to explain everything and makes u feel so comfortable. It was my first time but it won’t be my last. I did Botox and filler and my face looks amazing so fresh and natural . Thank you so much Taryn u are amazing ! Thanks to girls at the front desk as well for being so kind.Adela ❤️

The Powder Room
Powder room is beautiful. The staff were so sweet. Very friendly and treated me like I was a regular. I Got my very first Botox session done with Nurse Jaime today and She was great and very knowledgeable. She went over the procedure for before and after and made sure I was comfortable. I am Very pleased. Thank you! I will definately be coming back. <3

Nikki is amazing. Very talented and knowledgeable. I went to see her for PRP and I’m so happy I did. She goes above and beyond to explain the procedure and makes you feel very comfortable and secure. Her philosophy (as is the whole clinic) is to make sure you walk away looking natural and the best version of yourself. Highly recommend.Sandra

I've been going to The Powder Room since it opened almost 20 years ago. I've always been grateful to have met Kelly Carr and I send all of my friends and anyone who asks why I look so good, to Kelly. She cares about you and how you feel. She's also one of the best humans I've ever met. I started telling people in my mid-50s why I looked so good because it wasn't fair to keep Kelly a secret all to myself!

I recently visited The Powder Room and I must say, I had an incredible experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Angie and Josie at the reception desk were so welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed about the PRP service I was receiving. Nikki, who performed the PRP service, was absolutely phenomenal. Her and the team were knowledgeable, professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail was unparalleled and I was blown away by the results. Overall, I would highly recommend The Powder Room for anyone looking for top-notch service and expertise. Five stars all around!

My very first experience was very positive! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is no need to feel uncomfortable walking into this place! They make you feel like you have been going there all along!Thank you also to Taryn and Regina for being so caring and through!Can’t wait for my next visit!**update!I visited the spa again this past week for my very first treatment with Taryn. All I can say is wow!! Not only did she ensure I was comfortable, she talked her way through the process and stopped in between to show results from one side to compare to the other side of my face. She was very thorough and really informative. I definitely recommend seeing her for any filler or Botox treatment! I can’t wait to see her again!Diane

The luxe environment feels wonderful to step into. Considerate thought clearly went into it's design. Josie was such a welcoming hostess and I felt completely at ease in Erin's treatment. My lashes look wonderful and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Had my first service today at the Powder Room. All the ladies are so sweet and hospitable. My nurse Jamie went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and aware before my service. She did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely reccomend to all my family & friends and will be back! Thank you for this experience :)
