Great service and great product!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!If you want to waste your time and money you’re at the right place.I was lucky to have an appointment on the 14 Oct 2022 at 1 pm, I left work and went home but no one shows up. I call them several times and leave messages to see when the technician will arrive. We are the 31 Oct 2022 and I still didn’t receive news from them.They have the worst service after sale, I bought two heat pumps from them and one is a lemon, they can’t make it work for a year. I believe the only part they didn’t change is the frame, each time we need service from them is a nightmare.We almost lose the house because even the electrical breakers catch on fire, we were lucky to be at the house that day.If you have made the mistake to buy from them, change your warranty to another Fujitsu dealer.Thanks and good luck!!!JulienRestez à l'écart de cette compagnie !!!Si vous voulez perdre votre temps et votre argent, vous êtes au bon endroit.Exemple parfait, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un rendez-vous le 14 oct 2022 à 13h, j'ai quitté le travail et je suis rentré chez moi mais personne ne s'est présenté. J’ai appellé plusieurs fois et laisser des messages. Nous sommes le 31 octobre 2022 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu des nouvelles d'eux.Ils ont le pire service après-vente, j’ai acheté deux « heat pump » et l'une d’entre elles est un citron, ils ne peuvent pas le faire fonctionner plus d’un an et chaque fois que nous avons besoin de leur service, c'est un cauchemar.Nous avons failli perdre la maison car même les disjoncteurs électriques à pris en feu, nous avons été chanceux d'être à la maison ce jour-là.Si vous avez commis l'erreur d'acheter chez eux, modifiez votre garantie auprès d'un autre revendeur Fujitsu.Merci et bonne chanceJulien
