I placed a delivery order over weedmaps not realizing it was in St Catharines. They processed my card anyways. I called and was told I'd receive a refund within 5-7 business days. 2 weeks later I call again, they tell me 7-10 this time. Needless to say, I had to call my bank and report it as fraudulent.

One of my fav store out there tbh. They always own everything I’m looking for moreover the staff there is outstanding and rigorous especially this two namely Pavitra Agarwal and Dhyan Jhaveri. Do visit it!

Love this place! Pavitra & Dhyan are so incredible, so kind and always full of smiles. Their customer service is always the best! Such a safe and comfortable environment to go to. Highly recommend <3

Pav and Dj at this location are consistently amazing. All of the staff here are phenomenal, I just don't know all their names. Decent prices and a massive selection. Always willing to help and always going above and beyond in terms of customer service. I have found cheaper prices but continue to come here for the customer service. Keep up the great work, it does not go unnoticed!! Thank you for always being helpful and professional!

Clean, bright, and you can browse their website menu at home or in the store. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking and they deliver.

Friendly staff. Good selection. Awesome hours. They're open early. They're open late. Even better they are open when I get off work, and on my way too. Sketchy plaza but it's never affected my shopping there.Edit: Sold me a defective product that broke after only 2 days. Would not exchange product but instead only offered 15% off towards a replacement. Will not be back after that insult of an offer. This was a product under $10!!
