NeighborBuild Home Renovations

We hired Neighborscape to excavate our grass between our neighbours houses and insert river rock, excavate our front lawn to extend our lane way and pack it down with stonedust for our stamped concrete company as well as plant shrubs by our electrical boxes on our front lawn. The company was the epitome of professionalism. They were so respectful of our property as well as our neighbours property. Wood was put down to create paths so that the machinery did not damage our lawn, or our neighbours. The staff made sure that the dimensions of the excavation were correct and exactly what we wanted and they were extremely knowledgeable about what plants would work and grow fruitfully in our hot climate around our electrical box. The work was done extremely fast and they took care and pride in the job they were doing. I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping job.

We had Pat and the Neighborscape team complete an interlock project in our backyard this summer. We are very happy with the end result. From start to finish, we are pleased with how everything went. Pat took the time to visit and provide a details quote and plan. The quote was easy to understand and in line with the work that we wanted done. Communication was great along the way and the work was completed on time and for the budget we discussed. The Neighborscape team had a strong attention to deal and took great care to ensure that everything was done well. They also cleaned up and repaired the grass once they finished their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Neighborscape for your next backyard project!

I could not be happier with the work that Neighborscape has done on my back deck. The entire team has been a dream to work with. From the beginning, they have been courteous and very professional. They listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great suggestions and made something wonderful. They were even good when I changed my mind. I have never been so pleased with a company before and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

We had a small garden installation done this summer. Our initial experience with the gardener was great, however we had some plants die. Upon further inquiry, we were told that they do not guarantee their plants or installations. (Although Neighborscape would be happy to come back for an additional charge.) I am VERY disappointed that they do not guarantee their work!

The team at NeighborBuild were an absolute pleasure to work with! We hired them to build an ensuite bathroom in our master bedroom and we could not be happier with the finished product. Pat was always available to answer all our questions quickly, and easily guided us with suggestions for finding fixtures and finishes, while his work team, Joe and Casey, were paramount in making our vision come to life. They were knowledgable, professional and flexible as we made some changes throughout the project. We would definitely recommend NeighborBuild for Reno projects!
