I was attracted to this company upon seeing all the reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Worth the 5 stars completely! The response to my call was almost immediate, and David was quick to come help us out. Very professional, respectful and honest service, not to mention a quick and clean job! I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

David is a very honest and reliable person to work with. I hired Transcanada Drain to change some pipes in the driveway, garage and inside the house. I needed help with my gas water heater on Easter Sunday and I spoke to David who was very helpful, I was able to get the water heater working again with his help over the phone, I would highly recommend this company to everybody. Thank you David

David is definitely a saver!We had a blocked pipped, and all the water in the house was flooding. We called a company called Monsieur Drain and after doing their inspection, and passing the camera on two different times, they were insisting that the pipe leading to the sewers is broken and that it needs excavation to have it repaired along that other pipes might be damaged In the house which would need demolition of the floor. They wanted to charge us 15K! .Given that they claimed that the pipe was broken, and that it was close to the cities’ side, we still had to do it and pay it since the city won’t take responsibility. At this point they were stressing us on the urgency to have it repaired, and this is where I read about transcanada drain, and decided to call them. David came and In no time. He looked at me and told me that this is the job of the city, and that we shouldn’t pay a cent for this. He didn’t even need to do his own inspection after seeing and calculating the distance the correct way, something the other company was not able to do. David was super helpful and it was clear that he wasn’t here for the money but to save us from having to pay such an amount. It’s rare to see companies who would want to save a customer from paying such amounts. We called the city and it was actually true, after they inspected they confirmed that it was from their side, and unblocked the pipes, in addition that the pipe was not even broken! Thank you David for your service, honesty and help! It doesn’t often happen to encounter people like this. I would definitely recommend transcanada drain

My sink was seriously blocked. Corey and David were fabulous! Were able to fix it without removing all the drainage pipes (which another plumber said was necessary). I'm now a loyal customer!
