Great way to travel with peace of mind. Drivers of shuttle are very helpful and friendly!

Has great potential to be a beneficial business, but the disorganization is unbelievable. Landed at Pearson, and got in line at the correct station. The buses kept coming fast, but they would go to different parts of the line. It was a guessing game each time. We waited for 30 minutes, while some people only waited 2 minutes and got on a bus before us because of where the bus stopped. All the buses that were sent were “self park/valet” despite 90% of the customers being economy. Bus drivers would originally tell us they were only valet, so we’d get out of line and then they would say “ok I’ll do economy too.” so we lost our spot at least 7 times. When raising our concern, we were told to line up at the actual station and we wouldn’t have a problem…. Not worth the price whatsoever.

False advertising? We selected the Park’N Fly as there was a discount coupon included when we purchased our plane ticket. You guessed it: when came time to pay, the discount was suddenly not valid anymore and we had to pay twice the expected amount. For that price, we could have park at the airport, which is, of course, way more convenient than to wait for a shuttle and then stand in line for 30 minutes to pay. It easily added 1 hour at the end of the trip. For those of you who are considering the service, you might want to pay in advance or pay via their app. To note: even when paid through their app, people had to stand in line to get the receipt however that might be linked with the Rogers network thingy (not sure). Otherwise, well organized, The drivers are polite and helpful. Shuttles seem to run regularly. Again, given the price, other parking location or transportation would have been considered and prioritized.

Arrived at 3am, bus drove right past me- frustrating to say the least.Returned at 3am to pick u, 25 min wait to pay (only 2 cars ahead of me) because machines were broken. Guy tried to charge me almost 3x the amount i should have paid. Frustrating after a long day of traveling.On a positive, car was still there when i arrived so.. hurray?

Affordable price. One thing, though: the shuttles ! Make them come more often!

I have used the A parking a few times with them and their turnaround is quite fast. Make sure to get the discount online before parking. And also remember where you park! I like to take a photo of my spot before leaving..

Expensive for long term parking, but airlines often have discount codes

First they lost the vehicle and then locked the keys in the vehicle while the car was running, waited 2 hours at 4 am for them to get a service to unlock the doors. Staff was rude and disorganized, highly do not recommend! Go somewhere else your vehicle will be in better hands.

Super nice and flexible bus drivers based on certain needs our family needed they were a joy to talk to. I would hope to see more buses lined up for busier times leaving from the airport to your vehicle however. In total we waited about 30 minutes for more buses to come due to the huge line of people trying to hop aboard in the freezing cold.
