I had the Mashed Taro Green Tea Latte here, and it was definitely the best fresh taro drink I've tried! Their menu is expensive, but they have a great variety of unique drinks. This location is quite small, there's not really any room for sitting and hanging out. Service was good.

Super small shop, no seating areas.Service is good, I messed up my order, forgot to add pearls, went back in, she helped me with no extra charge. I think she was by herself too, give her a raise!

The drinks here is very average imo and does not worth the price I’m paying. It almost tastes like they have diluted the milk with water or something.

High quality bubble tea, with a high quality price! Expect to spend 7 or 8 dollars for a drink here. Lacks classics but makes up for it with eastern\chinese style ingredients and drink flavours. Absolutely must try bubble tea shaped pancakes when you're there. Black sugar pearls are not worth your time as they are very small and lack flavour. They don't use powdered milk or anything artifical, so it's healthier but that means their milk teas are very watery and lackluster. Stick to the fruit teas. Not the worst, not the best.

I ordered the lemon grapefruit green tea and loved it. They have so many incredible options of fruit tea. The waffles were the best part. I ordered the custard filled ones and recommended them.

Hands down BEST bubble tea shop in the entire lower-mainland. We will only come to Yifang in Surrey! The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, wonderful to joke around with and make friends! We’ve been getting BBT drinks every single day since the day they opened. Organic grass fed milk and nothing is ever artificial or powered. This is authentic bubble tea here, made with love! They are busy most days because Yifang Surrey drinks are so good and worth the wait. This location likes to give back to the community too in many ways, this is a phenomenal gift to Surrey and surrounding areas. Make sure to stop by here, you’ll end up coming back many times I guarantee.

I'm a worker there and I'm leaving a review to complain about a customer. A customer came in around 9:48 pm asking if we have mango slush and we told him we have mango pomelo sago slush, they ordered it and change sago to pearls. We made the drink and gave it to him, then he came asking us if we could make it without the pomelo, so I was like sure why not. I remade the drink and kindly told him next time to say the adjustments before we make it, especially when we are about to close. He responded you made it wrong" with the expression I'm the customer

I like that there’s huge amount of selection, the guy makes amazing tea there. The pearl was cooked perfectly, but the second I went the girls there didn’t make it as good as the guy that work there. It was not sweet enough and the pearl was a bit under cook.

Sadly, I have to post 1 star; not because the drinks are bad, but due to the consistent ineptness of staff.I've been helped by different workers on several occasions. In 2 instances, the worker gave me less change. On every visit, the wait is at least 15+ minutes.Today was the last straw, as I had to wait for 4 songs to pass before I received 1 drink. There were 4 staff working.I have supported this location on numerous occasions before. Prices are MUCH higher than other tea shops so good products & service are expected. The interior walls and glass windows are always sweating so it makes me feel this place is unclean.I wish the location success & improves service this new year - take care!
