Playtown Niagara

Really great atmosphere for the younger (up to age 5 or 6) demographics.We had my son's 4th birthday here and it was great, everything was done by them (except adults stuff) and it took the stress of hosting away!They were a *little* unorganized (2 younger girls working) but all in all it was a great experience.Would be super fun to just go for a couple hours too.

Visited Playtown with my daughter for their Princess fashion show! Such a cute little event with princesses who try very hard to interact with every single child. My daughter was scared of them and they took things at her pace. Not only did she have a blast playing in the different themed rooms but they provided her a little certificate, bag of goodies and crown. The red carpet and photo op was my favorite. Great event!

Perfect! Such a hidden gem, our first time here we had my daughters 4th birthday party here we booked the full package with food and decorations absolutely beautiful set up they did an amazing job kids loved it non of them wanted to lev we had a bigger party so we got the double room package it was perfect for parents and kids the rooms were connected threw a sliding door that opens into one giant room so the kids could go back and fourth lots of chairs and tables to use so much for the kids to do they never got bored.we had alot of fun the girls who were working sorry never got names but they were absolutely amazing very helpful and accommodating they were very professional and how they run that place power to them because it's a very hectic place with all those kids running around and parents at the same time but they were absolutely amazing I never found it hard to find someone the only issue I had but not worth a bad rating was that the pizza comes a bit late into the party for older kids that may be ok however for 3 and 4 year Olds they don't want to wait, but we also brought our food so they were ok but maybe next time we would ask for it to be there when the party started that could have just been miscommunication on my side but no biggie other than that was an amazing day and we will definitely be back!Thank you to all your staff that day they were amazing and should definitely be recognized:)

We hosted our daughter’s second birthday party at Play Town and it was great. The kids all had a blast. The space room was a bit smaller than I expected (for the adults, the kids all fit just fine), but most of the time half the people were playing in the rest of the facility so it wasn’t an issue. Love that outside food & drink are allowed in, that made it easy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Staff was all friendly and helpful!

Such an amazing birthday experience for my little lady! All of the kids had such a fantastic time. The facility was super clean, and the party room was absolutely the cutest space to host our donut party. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday a fun time & ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

Our child had a great Birthday at Playtown. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The party room was set up all nicely when we arrived and best of all the kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend this place to other parents. While it was a busy Saturday, they seemed to space out the birthday parties well and it never felt chaotic or too busy. The facility is big so the kids always had room to play and never really had to wait to play with any toys. Very good experience. It was the first time most parents had been there and they were all impressed.

We had our daughter's 8th Birthday party at Playtown, and it was AMAZING, the communication was great, the staff was so friendly, and the room was everything that my daughter wanted for an Encanto theme party" kids have a lot of fun

In my opinion, the place is overrated….Nobody looks after the different theme rooms or try to bring back the toys that children usually take to the outside.We also have spotted a couple of safety concerns :- at the entrance (close to the corner between the change room and the corridor/ hardwood was cracked and loose, which presented a tipping hazard for the little ones.- bottom of both slides were way higher than the ground, with one of them presenting a sharp edge (see pictures of the fire truck slide). Plus, there was no age restriction posted.- an electrical cable was hanging loose in the theatre room.hopefully the centre takes my comment into account and proceed with addressing the safety issues immediately.

We had our field trip here couple of weeks ago and children loved it.Price is decent. Everyone had an amazing time. Cleanliness was up to the mark; credit goes to the management and the staff.Thank you for having us over. We will be booking again soon.

We recently had a joint birthday party for my two sons and we had a blast. The playtown staff set up the Jurassic room perfectly for us. It was great we could bring some of our own items as well. All the children had a wonderful time and we will be back again next year. Thanks Playtown!
