My Camry was brought in for bodywork, including paint and calibration of sensors. Jake looked after me from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The workmanship was great and I would recommend this shop over and over. Thanks for making the process so seamless.

I was hoping to extend the life of my well-loved 2011 Malibu's body after corrosion started setting in, and found Assured Bel-Air in my neighbourhood. It took some time to get an appointment for an estimate (they were extremely busy following some damaging summer storms and have a smaller shop & lot) but once I got in, I was very well taken care of. And let me tell you: they deserve all these glowing reviews! Patricia, Chad, Jake and Justin were all a pleasure to deal with--professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely good at their jobs. They were upfront about costs and timetables, which are indeed very reasonable, and they stuck to them. They even gave me a small touch-up free-of-charge the next day after I noticed a small omission in the otherwise supremely clean job they'd done. I have never been so well-treated at a body shop, and I fully intend to use them again!

Assured gave what was a very negative experience (attempted auto theft) a positive ending. They were straight forward with their quotation and quick to get my vehicle repaired. They installed my OBD port lock for me without a labour fee to do so and gave the exterior of the truck and floor mats a spray down cleaning. Labour rates are classified by work type to ensure they can give you the lowest rate possible, rather than the $110 - $130 flat mechanic rate at your local dealership. The work was done very well and is also backed with a very strong guarantee.Overall - very satisfied and would bring my vehicle back. Thanks, Michele & Chance!

Some loser broke my passenger window and scratched and dinged up the door while attempting to break in. Assured automotive fixed it in less time than estimated and you’d never know anything happened to it. Friendly staff and top notch work. I would highly recommend them.

Brought in my 2019 Tacoma with a couple of bruises (hit from the rear requiring repaint of bumper, rear quarter panel, wheel well moulding and new tail light assembly). Amazed with the quality, match, and finish which blended right in. Very impressed! High quality work, delivered early and ahead of expectation, and returned cleaned inside and out. Well done and thanks for providing quality work &exceeding expectations in a world that often offers the antithesis. I know where to go if this happens again.

Jake and Michelle are just perfect! My car experienced a hit and run and vandalism on my Infiniti EX35. The process was extremely complicated and long (not their fault - due to Infiniti parts), but they were very communicative, professional and friendly. Car looks amazing! I can't thank you guys enough! Really appreciate it! Referring anyone I know who needs body work to go to them.

is google has the zero star? Because of them, i jave to pay another thousand dollars to repaint truck. i went to that place to paint my truck' tailgate, when i go to pick up my truck they damage my rear bumper. when i ask them to repair it, the lady who work at front try to deny it, luckly i took pictures before i drop off my truck. they finally agree to fix it, but when the second time they asked me to pick up the truck, the front bumper was damaged. this body shop deny it again. it happened 4 times on the same truck, and even got color difference on it. I talk to manager, he said there is tiny problem on color, but human paint the truck, not computer, and he refuse to repaint the rear bumper for me. I give up, finally went to other body shop. Here are the pictures for the damage which made by this assured body shop. No one should let them touch your car.

As a car lover and OCD perfectionist who is cursed with noticing ever bad detail over beauty I say this: ...If you own a Lexus you should only bring it here for bodywork. You're welcome and you are welcome to buy me donuts as a thank you! If I'm wrong then I'll buy you donuts.Chad takes the time to listen and understand and it really shows. It's like he treats your car as if he owns it. He seems to be a car nut as well.They also have a bodyshop guy who has a long history with Lexus and knows these cars better than you know the alphabet.The paint techs are highly trained and know how to use the latest technology and techniques for today's paint/body styles which is important. They matched my tricky white pearl paint.The receptionist also takes the time to ask questions and lets you explain everything. That conversation moment is her top concern. You can hear the other lines ring in the background and she's unfazed and keeps the attention on you.Even if I did not own a Lexus this place would still be my top choice.There might be cheaper places but if you want an invisible repair don't think twice...just go if you want the best service and results.
