Summit Terrace Luxury Senior Apartments

I had client's that were downsizing after the sale of their home and I had the responsibility of finding them the perfect new chapter to move to. After an aggressive search, I came across Summit Terrace which at face value checked a lot of boxes. After talking with Shane Lee, the manager, we came to see what Summit had to offer. I am incredibly impressed with these apartments! Not only are the apartments themselves open and spacious with highly functional layouts, it feels like home the minute you enter the building itself. This is more than a building, you can feel the warmth and the sense of community here. The staff are so inviting and friendly and you can tell Shane is very passionate about what he does simply by how all the residents interact with him and his positive nature.I have had the wonderful opportunity to revisit my client's for lunch at the onsite restaurant and not only was the food and service an amazing experience, I was updated on how happy my client's were which made me elated! From the convenience and ease of the restaurant, shuttles, cleaning services, and social events and activities I just can't recommend this place enough.I have other clients that are moving in and I can say with confidence that I am so incredibly happy for them moving forward. I plan to continue to recommend Summit time and time again, and visiting very happy people. Thank you to all the Staff and Shane for elevating Summit Terrace beyond physical Luxury to creating a comfortable environment for the people who call it home.

I recently moved into Summit Terrace and I am thoroughly enjoying living here. The patience shown by the General Manager, Shane Lee , was exceptional. He took the time to show me several suites until I found the one that best suited me.The serving staff in the restaurant is very accommodating and friendly. They remembered my name right from day one. They provide many good options for meals.Judy, the person in charge of the upkeep of the apartments and building went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect upon my arrival.I find the other tenants friendly and very welcoming.My experience at Summit Terrace has more than met my expectations.

A positive environment with great staff and residents. Spacious, bright and great views throughout. Lots of activities and some great live entertainment events.

J.Four years ago my wife and I decided to downsize. We searched Peterborough and finally decided on Summit Terrace by AON, we waited four years and received a call that an apartment was available, best move we ever made.The apartment is all we could have wished for and the cleaning staff do a superb job maintaining it.The Pinnacle Restaurant serves the most apitizing meals and a great selection to choose from with wonderful service.All of this controlled by Shane, the general manager who can't seem to do enough to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.
