Lucas arrived on time and replaced my furnace, with very little notice. Have not had any issues whatsoever with the new unit and Tinman was the best choice I could have made. He displays exceptional professionalism and has a ton of knowledge from within the industry. Lucas is your guy if you need hvac repairs. He's professional and courteous and he knows his stuff. He put a ton of effort into helping me find options for my issue and in a time when money is really tight he gave me better pricing than anyone out there. Lucas came in to finish up after the HVAC guy we fired came back and stole our AC unit. Following that he sourced and had a new unit installed within a week even with covid going on. AC was installed by another company improperly and Lucas fixed it for free. Guy has a ton of trade experience, keeps his cool in stressful situations, communicated extremely well and problem solved fast. Every bit of work he did personally with our hvac was done properly, clean and fast.Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC install, AC install and everything in between.

Lucas was great, the furnace went out in a cold spell and he left a large space heater with us overnight. The next day he came to install a new furnace and we had heat again. He was super professional and friendly and we will continue to use him in the future. Furnace install looks amazing and the safety steps he took greatly surpassed those of the home builders. I will personally recommend him to anyone I know

Was recommend to call Tinman because our builder recently started contracting them for his houses. What a company! By far the most honest company I have ever worked with for repairs. Everything was clear and transparent. Being an intelligent capable female, I never once felt I was being talked down to or taken for a ride. Everything was fair and square. Lucas was a genuinely nice person. This Tinman definitely has found his heart ❤️

Lucas did an excellent job for us and we really appreciate his service. We are not sure what we would have done without his expertise, thoroughness, research, advocacy and installation. He discovered major concerns with our furnace and in the midst of the Christmas holiday season, he made it a priority to get our furnace working again. The part that comforts us the most, however, is Lucas' integrity in the process. We have a high degree of trust and respect for him and would highly recommend his company to others.
