I recently took my husband's brand new two piece suit in for drycleaning and they lost the pants, which they admit to loosing. They never did find them. They are refusing to refund me for the suit, which is a $2000 suit. They also refuse to give me the name of the company they ship their drycleaning out too. Will never use this company again. So disappointed and frustrated.

Asked to have pants hemmed, not only did they hem them the wrong length I asked (2 inches above my ankle!) they did a terrible job on the seam.

Called for an inquiry and it was probably the rudest customer service I’ve ever received. No apologies no nothing just harsh and rude. The man who answered the phone most definitely has issues with anxiety and stress and for it to be put on customers is nasty. Do better.

I went there for tailoring and was very pleased with my results old world craftsmanship family run business. Great quality thank you for the good job.

We have been having all our alterations done at White Button for years. I absolutely would never take my clothes anywhere else. Dragica (the owner) is so professional, careful and meticulous. She is a perfectionist and cares about her customers while providing excellent service. I highly recommend. 5 stars.

I had the loveliest experience here. I was in a pinch and needed alterations done on a dress that I was wearing to a wedding the next day and the owners/kind lady that does the alterations helped me so quickly and efficiently. Not only was the service of the alterations fantastic and everything I needed in such a short time, but the customer service was outstanding. They are so kind and helpful, I tried to tip her but she wouldn’t even let me because I’m a student. I highly recommend this place for any tailoring needs. I will be using them from now on.

I brought my winter jacket here last night that was essentially missing the pulls (unable to be zipped up). The women working here was so lovely - she originally thought that we would need to replace the entire zipper which she didn't have the length my jacket would need. She said to leave it with her for about 30 minutes, so I left and came back. She was able to replace the pulls only and keep original zipper in place - she said this is very rare that you can do this (pulls have to be exact same size and fit perfectly) - I am so thankful she took the time to even try let alone make it work. She charged me around $16 or $17 which is an amazing price. I am SO thankful and appreciate to have a zipping up winter jacket again. Such a small thing but makes a huge difference! I will definitely be returning for any tailoring/repairs that I need, and will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks again!

I have used this business several times, for prom dresses, regular clothing and most recently a wedding dress. She has always been helpful and done a great job to make the clothing and dresses look great. They accommodated a quick turn around on my wedding dress and basically had to add a new panel to back it looks great!

The lady at this store is extremely rude. Absolutely no respect for customers and complained about her long hours (stated exactly how many hours overtime she works and which days) because we asked for delivery of a dress in one weeks time. “I don’t know why YOU PEOPLE always ask this” were her words exactly. There are many tailors in town, and I highly recommend some place else because respect and common decency take precedence while running a business.
