Matthew Symth was really help and explained everything perfectly so it was easy for me to understand as a first time auto insurance purchaser! He took the time to answer all my questions and advised me on the best option for me as well as provided future advice! He was quick, efficient and very responsive!! Great company and excellent customer service! I am a small business owner who (like all businesses) was significantly impacted by the pandemic. Recently, my liability insurance was coming up for renewal and I decided to contact Oracle to get a quote and see if I could save a few dollars. I was referred to Chad Kless. When I shared my policy with him and told him what I was paying, he immediately told me that he could get a much better rate. For the exact same coverage that I was receiving from my previous insurance company, Chad was able to cut my premiums by 40% which was a savings of almost $3,000. Chad was also wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Chad to help you with your insurance needs.

Joshua Rebboh and the Oracle RMS team were great in assisting me with my home and auto insurance needs.I thought I had already a pretty good deal with my previous insurance company but Joshua was able to get me an even better one.I will definitely continue coming back for more in the future and would recommend to anyone.

Finally I have great things yo say, not good but great, the most wonderful staff here, I signed on with Steve Zambrano and since then I have not looked back. Although Steve is gone I still have amazing service, advice, and concern from Chris , and also the ladies I have emailed from time to time. Always kind, always helpful and never trying to sell me what I don't need, and always assuring me of what I do need. I was miserable for 35 in another company, I'm sorry I waited so long, I have true happiness with this group and I am grateful.
