This is in response to Fern Pasquale's review. Mr. Pasquale did not purchase his windows from us. He purchased it directly from the manufacturer. Our company sells the same product. We agreed to help Mr. Pasquale with a warranty claim. After sending the manufacturer the report on behalf of Mr Pasquale, our involvement ended. The manufacturer denied his claim. Your issue is between you and the manufacturer of the windows. This has nothing to do with Crowland Sash.

I would not recommend their services. I did a major renovation with multiple windows and doors. There were some repairs needed to the closing mechanisms and door threshold after 6 months. I contacted them to service the issues and they did not respond after multiple attempts.
