How worst customer service can a company be. This company successfully upgrades my knowledge. First I bought my cellphone with a student plan which supposed to be 75 dollars a month before tax however after a month I still need to pay around 85 dollars a month before the taxes What a great liar. Second they put the screen protection for me on my cell phone and like after a few day there are six bubbles on my screen. Third. Everytime I went there I need to wait almost one hour sometimes even more because their systems can’t work properly. Really high level customer service never believe their plans

Terrible experience, I was set up with 4 phone numbers after setting up 2 phones. Called repeatedly asking for help with their error with no resolve or follow up. I had to reach out to Telus directly. Stay away.

They laid to me about activation fees,The manager Micheal said that I wouldn’t be charged how ever I was still charged and no one fixed my problem.Such a bad customer service wow! and telus

Bought a Samsung s22 screen protector here for $40, I asked the guy if it doesn't work with the fingerprint sensor can I return it, he said yes, I confirmed this multiple times (Navidullah). He then installed it for me. I noticed a large mark on the screen and asked about it, the protector leaves a mark on your screen where the fingerprint sensor is. I said if I had known that was going to look like that I wouldn't have bought it. The guy behind him retorted you'll get used to it". Then I took it home and realized that in the sunlight it is highly reflective and makes it nearly impossible to see the screen. I called and explained

Kiosk Manager Michael Clarizio just helped my wife get a new phone and his people skills were exceptional! We had trouble getting her contacts and pictures transferred due to her old phone being completely non-functional, but Mike persevered and managed to get all her information moved over. We can't thank him enough, and will surely recommend his service. Thank you Mike!

Tim. He's the main man at this place. Excellent and knowledgeable service. I went on boxing day and the store was very busy. Tim was able to keep smiling and control the customer demand. He told us to come back in 20 minutes while he served other customers and when we came back he was ready for us....

Dealing with Edward was a wonderful experience. He researched the best deal for me and the best phone plan to suit my lifestyle. He was polite and worked at a fast pace. Even when I see him in the mall now, he greets me with a smile and asks how my phone is. If I ever have any issues, he is always willing to go above and beyond to help me out! Keep it up Eddie!

Had worst Customer Service experience. I upgraded my phone in exchange of old phone and was given low price for financing new phone . However, in my bill I still see higher price being charged. While purchasing I was assured that I will see the price I was quoted, on my bill as all the discounts and everything will apply afterwards my bill. And, upon contacting the boutique and I was asked to contact Manager (Michael) and it's been more than three days that I am trying to get hold off of him and there is no response from him.
