First time going there. The prices for his products are very reasonable compared to some of the other stores I've shopped at. Owner was very nice and staff was helpful. First impression is a good one.

This is my new go to store. I've purchased online for delivery and received my order within the guaranteed delivery time. I've also been to the store a couple times and I'm very pleased with the service.The store is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always give free sample products with purchases.

The store is clean, well organized and carries a large variety of products. The prices are comparable to other beauty supply stores as well. I was able to find a deep conditioner that was unavailable in other stores which I was really pleased about.The staff was friendly, willing to help if needed but gave me my space. I definitely will return.

Excellent customer service. I was greeted by the lady as soon as I enter the facility. I was looking for lace wig but did not know where to begin since I don't know much about lace wigs. The lady had assist me on the type of hair I want, how I was going to stlye my hair and recommended hair tips. I was very pleased with the service. I had mentioned to her I will be coming back and bringing a family member as well.

Superb service and response times! Placed an order over the phone and made an e-transfer payment, was extremely surprised to have my order at my door in less than 15 minutes of my payment! Order was exactly as requested & they also provided me with free masks which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend them for all hair care/beauty supply needs. Amazing to see businesses rise to the ever changing customer needs due to the pandemic.

First time at U&I and I must say: it's clean, spacious and organize. It has everything you need from wigs, hairstyles wigs, hair extensions, hair weave (straight & curly), hair bonnets, hair nets and all hair products that you can imagine. It has nail products, nail polishes, lip glosses and many more.Check it out, and it's in a great location.

Consistently great customer service.Large selection of beauty products to fit any budget. Convienant opening hours. It seems like they are always open lol but that’s not a complaint.
