tldr; Pretty okay. Went overtime by a couple days and took a ton of my attention.Here are some fun stats it took to get 400 sqft refinished:11 min on the phone, 10 texts, 12 emails with Walter (not bad). He seems to be the sole person behind the operation. Very curt. We agreed on a start and finish day and I was very clear that they were important. He wanted to start on a stat holiday and assured me it was no problem. However on the day before he let me know that the trades person had family issues (no kidding on a stat holiday?). So I would be talking with Claudio about starting two days later. I moved my schedule back to accommodate - what choice did I have. Claudio communication stats:15 connected phone calls, 30 min on the phone, 26 text messages. All this for a couple days of work. Then for some reason I was asked to e-transfer directly to Claudio instead of the business.Claudio did tell me he put an extra coat of protection on for my troubles!

Thank Walter and Cesar! The floor turned out amazing, i was pretty sceptical about the result with all those dark pet stains. The floor turned out beyond any expectations.Had to do a little bit of dusting aftermath, but hey, seeing those bags of dust that sanding had produced, this was nothing. Thanks again, guys! Just had our third or fourth flooring job finished by Cezary and we are very pleased with the result and the service. Cezary’s team has at different times: installed half of our top floor hardwood, refinishing the other pre-existing hardwood, all to create a seamless impression and nordic finish; refinished our entire main floor from the local traditional gold tone finish to contemporary nordic finish (and it looks great); and performed excellent spot repairs where our dog has, unknown to us at the time, deeply stained the wood finish under carpets with urine.I would not hesitate to call on Cezary again for more work.

These guys are amazing!We reached out to about 3 other flooring services about refinishing the wood floors in our older home and they said it couldn't be done. Granted we had very gnarly floors with old mastic as you can see from the photos but no one was able or willing to restore them until we reached out to Cezar.Cezar was able to identify that the wood for our flooring was Fir underneath all the glue and grime and was able to source reclaimed wood to repair the floors. They also helped us restore the staircase in the same wood and we're incredibly happy with the results.We were also in midst of a reno and they were incredibly accommodating which was much appreciated.
