Had a great inspection this morning with James. Couldn't recommend him enough. Very knowledgeable and professional and gave me some great advice. Wouldn't think twice about calling Terminix in the future if needed.

It took me quite some time to call for an exterminator. The mice were a bit saucy and none of my traps were working. Finally out of desperation I called Terminix for help Kirk arrived on time and ready to help. He gave me such confidence that my problem would be.helped by the traps he placed. It only took one day to capture my first mouse just as he had assured me. I was impressed by the professionalism and also by his caring nature. He understood my frustration and set out to help. He even scheduled a repeat visit in a week to make sure we had success. My deep appreciation needs to be expressed! I gladly paid the fee and signed up for monthly service. You all will have to help me clear out the ants next! Thanks so much for this help. I’m sorry it took me so long to call.

We had problem with Rodents since it is a grocery store. However, the other pest control in town we use to use was doing nothing ( Adam pest control ) so we terminated their services and used Terminix pest control and I say they are best they did everything and we got rid all the rodents but change 5star service.Allon from Terminix is expert his valuable suggestions changed our life dealing with rodents . Allon is a Superstar

James is amazing !!!! He put my mind at ease!!! He sprayed the interior of my home to eliminate insects (Spiders / Asian Beetles). No one likes insects in their home. I was concerned where I have a dog. The Asian Beetles bite, and I was concerned for my fur babies safety. This year seems to be very bad for them !!! He was very thorough and informative in what he was doing !!! His advise and expertise is greatly appreciated!!!! I’m so thankful to be signed up for the home protection program!!!! I know this summer I will be insect free!!!! Thanks again James for a job well done !!!!
