I brought in some rings for re-sizing and Kamyar, and hosien at Princess gallery, did a wonderful job! Kamyar worked with me to help ensure that the sizing would be perfect - I was in-between the regular" ring sizes. They turned out to be a perfect fit and finished earlier than originally quoted! Would definitely visit princess gallery team again! Watch battery replacement toke 2 mins."

watch battery changed in 2 mins for 15$.their diamond jewelry collection are amazingly cheap. I had done chain repair, and ring resize and ring polish. It was very fast.

It is so much fun to go to Princess Jewelry. Their wonderful displays are well priced, eye catching and varied to appeal to everyone`s desire to own beautiful jewellry. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help you but are also fun to interact with.If you want to have an upbeat day go and browse at Princess gold store and you too might also find a unique piece that you can`t live without.I had a watch battery replacement, and watch battery repair done. ended up buying a 18k diamond set.

I will never do business here again. They shortened my bracelet and I can't explain how terrible the result was. My perfectly shiny and yellow 14k gold was turned into a disgusting and matte green!! The quality of the soldering was even worse. The owner told me I had to pay extra to get the original color back!! I took my bracelet to other jewelers after being turned down and disappointed by Princess and they all unanimously agreed it would've been an easy and clean job which Princess shamelessly messed up. Beware people! Pay more and get your repairs done by professionals.

Came in here to get my ring re shaped! I called ahead and explained I needed it done right away since I was moving cities the following day. They told me to come in, we’re super nice and got my engagement ring fixed right away! Definitely recommend them, they’re super kind and very lovely people!

I needed a very tight ring cut off. They did a very careful job, no damage to my ring or my finger! And they were very kind and helpful, explaining all the options for getting the ring sized etc. I'll definitely go back when it's time to size the ring!
