The facilities team is disorganized, they are rude and entitled. They made a mistake on our rental and instead of apologizing and taking ownership they pin the blame on communication issues between another one of their departments for not passing over the information. They did nothing to fix the matter. This is not the first time they have made a mistake. Step up City of Burlington. Have a word with your custodians and put them through a course on how to communicate with patrons. The facilities are poor, culture of team that works here is a telling story of entitlement, lack of accountability and absent management.

Great idea having kid's birthday party at Brant Hills Community Centre.. Children can enjoy several activities using gym equipments as well. Easy clean up after big parties. I highly recommend the place for events.

I really enjoyed it, I have to say the people I met were all very nice, respectful and had were patence with me. I had help and direction by one woman, I apologize I forget her name at the moment, I appreciated that. Thank you.I'm new to badminton so i need to learn my positioning and get ride of my Tennis stroke. And relax and not get frustrated with myself.

Great Baseball Diamonds to play in our adult league during the week. Lights work well at night. Short field but that makes it fun.
