Frank was very helpful on the phone when I explained what was happening with my Central vacuum. He diagnosed the problem so I brought it in to his shop. He was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes and I am very grateful for his help and honesty. He could have told me I needed a whole new Central vacuum system. Instead the fix was quick and easy for him because he is so knowledgeable about vacuum systems. I am very grateful for his knowledge and the fact that he genuinely wants to help. I would highly recommend this place and Frank. Thank you and please know that I will be using your store and recommending it going forward.

I needed a new Q100 Beam power brush, sent a ton of emails looking for businesses that had any potential stock. Owner Marc Marengère responded to my email , and advised he had stock . Confirmed I was purchasing the correct make and model. Offered to deliver to my address as he was visiting family in my area. Ensured the vacuum attachment was correct and provided his expertise and information on the product . Mark provided an exceptional level of customer service that is rare in this day and age. I would highly recommend Barrie Vacuums Plus. Thanks again Marc!

If you are in store for vaccum products then this is the right place for you. Extremely knowledgeable staff and friendly demeanor. Don't waste your time looking for vaccum or vaccum-related accessories anywhere else. This store carries brand names like: Eureka, Beam, Duovac etc. In addition, the place is servicing vaccum equipment as well. Satisfied 100%, I shall return.

Previously I have bought multiple vacuum cleaners from Barrie Vacuums, for business and home, always very satisfied with the outcome.Came in with a broken wand from Miele vacuum cleaner, Frank was able to fix it without hesitation right on the spot, continuous excellent and friendly customer service, competitive prices and honest suggestions from the staff. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to do business with a trustworthy specialized retail store.

Came here on a whim to look at replacing our central vacuum accessories that had broken. Frank helped us out the whole time, he was very knowledgeable and talked us through every question we had. By no means did he push us to simply buy the most expensive option, he really worked with us to find what would best suit what we were looking for. Highly recommend coming here for your vacuum needs. We are very happy with the service we received and with our purchase.

If you're looking to buy a new vacuum system, accessories or just need help maintaining your vacuum, Barrie Vacuums Plus is the place to go. Mark could have sold us a new system but instead he walked us through some troubleshooting and saved us from spending hundreds on a new system. He may not have made a sale today BUT he has secured one in the future.It's only a matter of time before we'll need a new system for this home and/or the next. Although we did buy our latest central vac accessories kit back in May from Mark and even our boys say it makes vacuuming more fun. Maybe Mark will start selling machines that make beds? LOL
