Decent Tires

Went to change engine oil. Guy there used wrong oil had to stop him and tell him to change.Brakes, changed one side only outside one and left other old one.For whatever money, it's not worth it. At all.

Went in for a tire change and they broke my original tire, wasted my time and charged me for nothing… stay far away from them

Terrible service, 3 hours to change tire and replace stud. Then had to come back because they missed something???

Punctured tire, called Nav and they fixed my tire quickly! Excellent service. Every other tire shop was closed on January 2. Decent Tire was open and they now have a new happy customer!!

The worst place I always have problems here and they wasted my time and money twice. Stay away completely the owner is such a lier and does not care about customers.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE FOR AN ALIGNMENT HEREI had brought my 2014 Ford Fiesta in for an alignment (because I had ball joints and tie rod changed). After the first alignment, the steering wheel was not straight and my car was pulling to the left. I brought it back and told them and they took it for a test drive and sure enough, the alignment was still off. After the second alignment, they test drove my car and told me it was good. I get down the street and once again, car is pulling even more then it did before, and the steering wheel isn’t even straight with the tires. I bought it back once again. They started to blame my car parts and telling me I needed parts that I just replaced a week ago. They told me if I wanted a third alignment, that I was going to have to pay another $90.45. Keep in mind this is all within 3 hours. I wasted 3 hours and $90 for absolutely nothing. I brought my car down the street to Midas, and they did the alignment in 30 minutes without any problems. Decent tire really needs to learn how to do an alignment.

Good professional experience here. Very much impressed with the staff who are very friendly and supportive. They have a variety of tires and with affordable prices.

Just found this place on Google. Went to get tires changed and got quick polite service. I will definitely come back. Had the tire seevice done on Saturday as i work during the week they were busy but fit me in! The price was great also. Thanks guys,
