Been looking to renovate our bathroom and have gone to several stores. After our visit at bain depot we were done looking!!! Excellent service and selection. No pressure and upselling just sound advise. Walked out with great quality products and fantastic value for our money.Special thanks to Steve who walked throught the enitire project we will be back.

We bought a medicine cabinet last September for renovation our bathroom. Unfortunately the contractor postponed the job until this week due to his COVID. Big thanks to Mr. Marc Massouh in this store. He was so helpful and so understanding for exchanging our cabinet to a recessed one as we made the wrong choice at that time. Great store, great staffs, great service!!

Steve was helpful and had a good attitude. He promised that we would receive what we ordered on time and kept his word. I was expecting an email to tell me that the item arrived (as promised) but did not. I took a chance, went to the store and it was there (as promised). I recommend Bain Depot l'Acadie and will definitely go back for more.

I have found most of what I need for my bathroom renovations at Bain Depot, at an excellent price. It makes me more comfortable to to purchase such big ticket items locally where I can see the actual product rather than ordering online. I have consistently found the staff to be competent and extremely helpful since I was working on tight deadlines. They really went out of their way to assist me and guide me during my (first) renovation. Would highly recommend

Updating this review 2 years later: The manager at the time promised a gift card for compensation. No follow-up for 2 years. Extremely disappointing management. Original post: They blamed all mistakes they made on customers. The supervisor I spoke to was educating me about how I was supposed to spot and correct their mistakes before they escalated. She also told me I shouldn't have booked a plumber for my bathroom reno until I received and thoroughly checked the vanity. So I was supposed to pause the entire reno for a month for your own mistakes? Sounds like all customers should expect horrible surprises everytime they order anything from this store?
