I spent a total of 15 minutes on hold trying to get through to the automotive department. I hung up and called back to customer service. The lady in customer service provided 5/5 support making 3 attempts to page someone to answer the call. She said she could see them and was uncertain as to why no one answered the call. Deplorable service with no one answering in 37 minutes.

Bought a couple of truck tires. One down side is that they don't seem to have any flatbed carts handy for heavy items like truck tires... but a clerk brought me a regular cart without me even asking which was nice. Was a good product at a good price.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff member named Rahool (sp?). He knew how to locate a product in the warehouse, retrieved it for us and even tracked us down in another isle to make sure we got it. Then he happened to be the employee who rang us through at checkout. Excellent experience!

They have truck parking but the lady at the return desk has a horrible attitude when I asked her about an item I was bringing back I got told I'm going on a smoke break and she left the building. That's not professional that woman should be fired then I had to walk around the store and finding someone else not a very organized store at all

I just simply can't believe how wonderful this store is. It has been many years since I have experienced such kind, mannerly, respectful, accommodating, helpful, people. I asked for something I was looking for and they accompanied me, brought me what I needed, explained things to me and when a product was not on the shelf they went and got one for me from the back. This store is truely one of the most service oriented stores I have seen for a long time.

Canadian Tire is our go-to shop for so many things- Seasonal decor, garden & yard stuff, toys and outdoor stuff, tools, house stuff, pet stuff… can’t go wrong!We signed up for Triangle Select and no regrets! The bonus gift card and Crave Subscription were more than worth the price but we have also earned so much extra CT money and we’re only a few months in. Highly recommended if you can swing it!

We went in looking for an item that showed online as only having one in stock. We asked a salesperson and she knew exactly where it was in the back. She excitedly went and got it and in doing so made our son very happy. Huge thank you to this woman for being such a great salesperson! We really appreciated her enthusiasm and willingness to help!

The store itself was fine, I needed to get party supplies from the Party City located in the store. The woman working in that section was so nice, talked to me while doing the transaction and was so friendly. I found a great selection of everything I needed for my daughter's birthday party and was really happy with the service.

Had a problem with a leaky valve stem in one of my tires. I was helped by a guy named Francis who was willing to just give me the small part needed. Then he asked if I had the tool for it, I said no, and he had me pull into the shop and fixed me up in no less than 45 seconds.Big shout out to Francis! He's a good man, and a good technician.
