I had contacted this company and was happy with how Al managed to fit me in to their schedule the next day to give me a quote for an interior drainage system. However , with a very short 15 minute visit , and a very large quote I felt he gave no room or time for questions as he made it appear that there should be no questions. It was what it was ... and that was that. His lack of customer service skills and lack of empathy was enough to make me turn to another company.. Customer service should really be at the forefront of your business and taken more seriousy when your about to spend upwards of $9000. for a 15 minute visit.

Fantastic service. Logan who repaired our floor and wall crack was awesome. He treated us with upmost respect and professionalism as well did Al. Al gave us couple options for us to choose from to resolve our issue. And explained benifits of each scenario. Had 3 different companies quote our basement. Of the 3, we chose wet Ontario basement solutions. For many reasons. But the biggest one is we felt they were fair and not trying to make it bigger than it had to be. the other companies were trying to just generate big revenue to solving our small issue in a unefficient manner. Had a company tell me I had to hand dig the whole back side of my house because the 2 post section of fencing was to expensive to replace to use a machine to dig and reduce labour cost to water proof our whole house where we were not having a problem. AL AND LOGAN were awesome definitely will be using their services again if their needed and will be referring them to anyone in my travels with water and basement issues. Thanks guys.

Not recommended. Unfortunately, customer service was severely lacking. Upon finishing 3 days of hard work, they very reluctantly returned to fix sloppy work - saggy membrane, unsealed sump pump with missing gaskets, duct-taped drain ends... I was made to feel unreasonable for expecting complete work before paying a hefty sum. So much for their claim of 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed"

Ontario Wet Basement Solutions is a company that I would recommend. We found ourselves in need of help to get rid of water out of the basement of our home. My husband and I were frantically looking for someone, this was on a Saturday. We found ONTARIO WET BASEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. We called the number and some one answered, it was the owner of the company, he promptly came to our neck of the woods in Kilworthy. He looked at our problem and sat down with us, explained everything and wrote up an agreement the same day. Three workers showed up on the agreed upon date, worked rigourously for three days completing everything in the agreement and they did extra. Polite, efficient, clean considering the type of work being done, respectful in answering any questions and explaining whatever questions we had. Great job guys.Bill & Karen Brazeau

Al was pleasant and easy to deal with. He had an estimator out to my home quickly who was able to explain the process to me and provide a quote on the spot. It was a busy time of year for Al but he was able to squeeze my job in with a week or so. The staff he sent to repair my foundation crack were on time, pleasant to deal with and cleaned the site up nicely. Zero complaints here from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.

From the initial call to Al, to the estimate meeting, to end of job, John and his team of Logan and Dante were professional, courteous and most helpful answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. They kept me informed of what was going on and the plan for the next day. They tidied up at the end of each day to minimize disruption to us. Work was done as promised with no delays.I would definitely recommend Ontario Wet Basements to anyone who is thinking about it.Thanks guys.

My house is built on granite there was a big water problem in the basement. The only way of fixing it was inside, Ontario Wet Basement Solutions came in spent 3 days in the basement now I have a completely dry basement. The crew who did the work are really great people.Very happy with the work.

Owner came to my home and spent the time to explain the process of interior solutions for my problem We wrote up a contract and his crew showed up on the following Monday . The two men were polite and professional completed the job in time estimated. Showed up on time. And left home clean at the end of each day. We are anxiously waiting to see if the problem is fixed only time will tell. Will let you know how things turn out. Thanks again to Al Logan and John

Had them do their system in my basement. It never worked the basement continues to leak even after being promised it would fix the issue . They did come back and put some epoxy over the cracks which did nothing. Wasn't properly attached to the walls. Very sloppy work. After the 4th or 5th time and months of waiting for John to show up and never did and never bothered to call or answer his phone I called in another company. Thankfully they did a great job. Removed the previous mistakes and after years of waiting I now have a dry basement. Got ripped off for 9k. Go elsewhere.

Ontario Wet Basement Solutions was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They took the time to understand my needs and explained a solution for us. The staff did an excellent job and the house was kept tidy during the work process. I would recommend them to anyone.
