Good selection and very clean, but had a bad customer service experience that cost me money and time.I regularly put in a special order for a certain dog food as my dog has an allergy. The food is unfortunately very expensive. I ordered it and was told I'd get a phone call when it arrived. After two weeks I called global and was told the order was never entered in their system but they would enter it again now(this happened once before as well). I had to purchase a different bag of food to cover while I waited. Two weeks later, no call again. I called global and was first told that a call was made to me, but I had no incoming calls on phone, then I was told food still hadn't arrived. So why did they say they called me? I had to buy another different bag again to cover. Another two weeks go by and a family member went in to buy dog food and asked about my order, he was told the food I ordered is on back order and they don't know when it will be available again. Why didn't they just tell me that? I spent $100 on different smaller bags to tide my dog over until her food arrived. I could have ordered her regular food somewhere else but was trying to support global.Just a phone call to say what the issue actually was would have been nice, so didn't keep spending money I didn't have to.

I was looking for a specific product and according to an on line search, they carried it.Should have confirmed by phone, as they didn't stock it when I got there.The staff was helpful and suggested an alternative.Lots and lots of items for pets.

I’ve been ordering food from this branch for the better part of a year now, the staff is incredible to say the least, and they always make sure that what I order comes in on time and is the right order.They care and they listen to their clients so this branch in specific has my highest recommendation for your puppies needs!

Had the best customer service today! Super friendly staff and exceptional service. My husband and I went in for our dogs food but I was also able to get so much information on dog dental hygiene. The one staff that helped us (wish I would have asked her name) could have just deferred us to the dental hygiene chews section but instead took time and really explained other options. So great! Thanks so much!

My new favorite pet store. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They carry so many products I haven't seen in the other pet stores. My dog was in heat and very uncomfortable so when the lady suggested cbd treats and how they helped her pets it made me comfortable enough to try them on my dog and they worked great for her. They stand by their products and I had the option to return them if they didn't help.

Best Pet Store I’ve been to. It’s the only one I’ll shop at now. They have a wide range of foods not offered in other pet stores. I use N&D Farmina Digestion and Farmina kitten food. The incentive program is amazing. Where else gives you a free bag of the food you use after you’ve purchased 10 or 12 bags. I cannot remember exactly. One of my cats has been going through food sensitivities; the return policy they have is very helpful during times like this, where a bunch of different foods need to be tried for elimination diets.The staff is very friendly and knowledgable.
