I had such a great experience signing up here. Kelsey helped me get set up with my membership and I very impressed by the support and excellent service. She took the time to answer all of my questions, I explained my anxiety's about starting up at the gym and she went out her way to offer me everything the gym has to offer, and set me up with what I needed!

I just started coming in February. I absolutely love the Zumba classes. The instructors are super fun and welcoming. I’m still figuring out the equipment but it a comfortable warm environment. The hours are great for working around my 8-5.

Ladies world is against Trans women. Just so everyone is aware. They are not inclusive. It is only for BIOLOGICAL FEMALES

rejoined Ladies World on my birthday and am LOVING all the classes and instructors. very inclusive gym for women of all ages and fitness levels. felt welcome from day one and appreciate all the parking.

I have been a member of Ladies World since 2009. The staff is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and the facility has everything I need (as far as cardio/weight machines) and is kept so clean! I love the variety of classes offered every week, and during COVID all the classes have been streamed online for members which has been great. At other gyms I have felt self conscious or uncomfortable, but Ladies World has a super supportive and welcoming atmosphere and culture where everyone can feel comfortable and safe working out. I would recommend Ladies World to everyone!

I love all of Ladies world Classes , There staff is very friendly ! I have two kids and both my girl's have been in the daycare there and Dawn is amazing with all the kids

This gym is awesome, I used to really dislike the environment at other gyms and thought it was just never for me…. Until I was recommended this one through my friend, little did I know I just didn’t like men at the gym HAHA. But actually all the women that work here are kind, hilarious, professional, AND they know exactly what they are doing. This is the type of place with a great environment I go to almost every morning because it’s just such a nice start to my day. Great equipment, super super clean facilities, plus that spin room is top tier.

I gave it 4 as I did enjoy the gym and a star is required before you can write a review. At the end of October I cancelled my membership by phone (or so I was led to believe) and was toldI I could use the gym until the end of November as the Nov 1st was already in the works. Ok no problem. But I discovered I paid for Dec, Jan and now February. I phoned this Wednesday and was told my membership was cancelled, but the young lady found two files and said one had been cancelled, but not the other. One was an old file. Anyway she told me if I came in and signed a form they could sort it out. I did say I should be refunded as my membership should have been cancelled. She did not disagree and said to come in and sign a form. I did this Friday to discover a form cancelling my membership as of February 1st. I did not sign it as I said it needed to be changed to November and the young lady went to the computer to do this……I signed electronically and she said she would email me a copy. ( that was 10:30 this am, no copy has been received!). As I was leaving I again mentioned a refund and she said no as I was just cancelling then!!! Your staff obviously need training on how to deal with members on the phone, and then document conversations…..did I lie about my phone call?

Love ladies world, a great variety of classes and good atmosphere. I was a little surprised/uncomfortable that there are men working in the gym, as I specifically bought a membership under the impression that it was ladies only environment.
