We are Vancouver’s only tide to table oyster bar and shellfish market. We are in the heart of Vancouver’s stadium district at 762 Cambie Street. This is our flagship location in Vancouver and it provides the city with the freshest shellfish and seafood experience in British Columbia. We are perfect for pre & post game drinks and snacks, a hopping happy hour, romantic dinners, take-out lunches or even bringing something special home from our shellfish market. We also offer oyster tasting & shucking lessons with our professional shuckers! We are open for dine-in daily from 2pm-10pm. One of the best Happy Hours in Downtown, we always have a great list of snacks, drinks, and oysters to indulge in on our daily Happy Hour. Happy Hour: 2pm-6pm Daily We do not accept reservations from 2pm-6pm during our Happy Hour, it is first come first serve. We always feature our house oysters for $2each, and a premium oyster for $2.75each along with a selection of food and drinks on our Happy Hour menu. Your party must all be present to be seated. All table seatings are designated to 1 hour and 45mins per table. We do accept reservations from 6:30pm onwards. If you'd like to make a reservation for a large party of 7 people or more please or a restaurant buy out email us at [email protected]. For in house oyster shucking lessons or mobile oyster bar inquiries please email [email protected] For customer safety we do not allow raw shellfish that has been prepared by the restaurant to be taken to go. You can purchase live shellfish from our onsite Shellfish Market to prepare at home. Shellfish Market Hours: 10am - 5pm (pick-ups available until 9pm) *For customers healthy & safety we do not shuck oysters or any raw shellfish to go.

Great place to dine for fresh oysters and seafood, with friendly staff and lively vibe. Clam chowder and tuna tartare are a must eat, very delicious. Paella was full of flavour from seafood, it was also tasty. Oysters were pretty small for price.

After checking online for the best seafood we found the reviews of this place good. But when we reached there & had one of the BEST SEAFOOD we will definitely go there again. Service is great Shana was a gem of a person with whom we talked long & her friend guided us through what to choose & have. White wine was great worth every penny. As a tourist we want food which will touch our heart & carry sweet memories back… this was one of it.

Walked by and popped in because it was happy hour and we were quite happy we did. Our family of four got to perch at the bar and watched the busy action up close which was fun. Recommended oysters were great, the oyster Caesar was right on and the mixed mussels and clams were delicious. Lobster mac and cheese fell short, it was more of a pasta but at worse it was 'not bad'.Friendly and fun experience, good food and lively atmosphere.

A hidden gem. Have driven by this location quite often and had no idea what was behind this unassuming exterior. Nice modern interior, excellent friendly staff. We came here for the dine-out experience and had a delicious meal. Each of the appetizer, main, and desert selections was very tasty. The seafood was fresh, the oysters had a nice fresh taste, even the lettuce was fresh and crisp which is more difficult during January. Also a big surprise was the size of each portion. Usually during the dine-out events, the serving portions are more like for a tasting menu. The portions they served were large, probably their normal serving size. So a very good meal at an excellent value.

Went to their daily happy hour 1500-1800.3 words, oysters, oysters, oysters, some with discounted prices along with drinks, so many oyster varities, Kumamoto, raspberry point, etc, etc. Comes with freshly saved horseradishNothing fancy, get a seat on the counter and watch the ensuing oyster shucking madness. Everything is so fresh, your breath will smell like the ocean for days on end.They even had geoduck and uni for those with a discerning palate.Needed to add some carbs along with the seafood, ordered the truffle fries, weak unami flavor but fries were hot and crispyGuess where I'll be spending my time during future happy hours

Great Seafood and awesome staff. Fresh seafood and variety of flavours on menu.Staff always around to get items, even if they are not your primary server. Food comes out quick.Happy hour until 6 and reservations recommended after 630. Went at 510 and had a short wait to get a table. No reservations during happy hour so if a larger group go near start ot make reservations later.Cajun seafood boil, crab corn bread, raw oyster and uni in pics. Get a side or bread for the crab boil as the broth is excellent and you'll not want to waste it.Price is on par with fresh seafood - $69 crab boil, $14 uni, $2 oyster (during happy hour at least), crab corn bread $18, side of bread $4.

A Casual - laid back - chill Oyster joint. Literally.If that's what you're looking for then try them, and if not....well that's what you're going to get.Faria was our server and she was great. Brought me a nice crisp chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc which delivered exactly what I was craving while waiting for my guest. The Fanny Oysters and Fish tacos were good....Good thing I caught a sharp chipped shell bit in my oyster before swallowing (see pic.) The Truffle fries....not so much...first glance looked like someone skimmed the top and they had slightly gone cold.I think the HH drinks selection is lacking big time....Beer & Wine only ...I think we can do better. I love Oysters and this was my first time at Fanny Bay's...there probably won't be a second time, and as far as Happy Hour is concerned...tried it in a couple of other places too and I don't think it's my cup of tea (no pun intended.) You do feel the difference in quality and experience.I think I'd rather pay full price for the full menu and get the elevated experience.

Absolutely impeccable service. I was welcomed immediately and straightforward to my seat at the bar. Then came the oyster education. Awesome. I had three minutes until happy hour was up. The server generously said that I shouldn’t worry, they would have my order in within the happiest of hours.Delicious, fresh, ocean fragrant oysters!Get the fish tacos. Best anywhere.Be here for happy hour. It’s the best in the city. Just make sure you’re here before three minutes to six!!! I simply had to order a second round.

My fiancé and I came here to satisfy my Oyster cravings. We came during the Canada Rugby Sevens, so parking was expensive and painful to find.When we came in, we noticed just how busy it was inside, but the seafood decor was a great touch. We were promptly greeted and seated.We were pretty hungry, so we ordered a bunch of stuff: 2 dozen raw oysters (sweet select variety), 5 fish tacos, truffle fries, a lobster roll, caesar salad.We were impressed at how quick and attentive the servers were despite a full house. We sat beside the bar and it was a great show watching them shuck the oysters. All the food we ordered came within 3 minutes which was super impressive.The oysters were so incredibly fresh and the house toppings really complemented the flavors. The fish tacos and lobster roll were so delicious and satisfying too! I kind of wish the lobster roll filling was warm though...Aside from that, we had a fun experience, and all the staff were so friendly and great! We would definitely come back again.

This place- 5 stars all around. Amazing food. Period. But even better is the staff. Andrew and Adanary are among the top people I've ever encountered at a restaurant anywhere on earth. The seafood is fresh, and they literally sell live prawns. Oysters are a must here and happy hour is a steal. Sit at the bar and meet the local crew. Seldom do I find a place where I am greeted and treated as family. Pro tip to the owner- you've hired amazingly.
