We had been experiencing a prolonged heatwave which was driving our house temperature into the 35 C degree range. It was time to consider air conditioning. I contacted 4 companies that provide installation services. Two of the companies responded that they would have someone come by in a month to look at the job and provide an estimate with installation in mid fall. One company didn’t respond at all. I called Pioneer and was advised some one would be over in a few days. A representative attended in a few days and provided an estimate the next day as promised. We accepted the proposal and were advised installation would happen the next week. As it turned out the model air conditioner we had chosen wouldn’t be available for order for 12 weeks because of the demand. Pioneer advised us that there are a few other brand air conditioners in there warehouse in Vancouver. We discussed which each one and settled on a particular one. The installer personally drove to Vancouver to make sure he had it to install. Installation was right on times do completed as scheduled. The installer was very polite knew the job well and did an excellent job as well as a thorough cleanup. Through this process we experienced a level of service and care that was beyond approach. Pioneer may not be the biggest but they are the best.

I booked an appointment for a quote on installing central A/C and some venting work for a home that I recently purchased. I booked it 3 weeks before moving and even received a confirmation email. They gave me a 2 hour window on a Friday afternoon. After waiting 2 hours and nobody showing up I called the company and was told they would look into it and call me back. About 20 minutes later I was told they had a scheduling mix up and nobody was coming. Not only was nobody coming but I was told they were fully booked up for the foreseeable future!!!!The best they could do was refer me to another small company that did not even want to do the venting part of the job!! What a joke. I would not recommend this company to anybody after this type of horrible service.

I had josh quote and install a new navien tankless water heater recently. his price was significantly better then the other 3 quotes I had received ! as far as quality of work? I was very impressed at how good the install turned out! everything appears to be working great. I would highly recommend this company for any future instillation or repairs

Service was timely, quick, and professional. Kody worked extremely hard, gave us his full attention for two very full days, and was back immediately on day 3 to see to a minor glitch. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC attention.
