I really wish I checked the reviews before I got lunch from here. I was in the area so I figured I'd grab some food here for my husband and I. I got the Buddha Satay bowl and it is not even edible. The portion size is very small for the price I paid. There is barely any rice noodles and the noodles are also inedible. It is a soggy mush and is all stuck together which happens if it's overcooked. Really really disappointed and will definitely not eat here again.

The place was really great, calm and clean. The food was delicious. I really recommend this place for healthy salads and burritos.

The food is still good and the service staff actually preparing dishes are great. My issue lies with the virtual ordering system that has outsourced cashiers to far away countries for pennies on the dollar… why not just use self checkout kiosks like other establishments? It’s a bad look.EDIT: Owner addressed all concerns. Great job!

I paid for a buffalo bowl with chicken, chicken was extra $5 and there was little to no chicken at all. When I called to ask they gave me run around and tried to convince me I wasnt even at this location (I work beside it so I know where I shopped). If you guys are going to be greedy about a loonie sized amount of chicken I will probably just eat somewhere else going forward. There is small portion sizes and then there is downright greedy portion sizes. Will not return.

This Freshii location is my favourite spot to hang out and study in Waterloo and Kitchener. The vibes are always immaculate! The employees are all so chill and kind, and very prompt with preparing orders. I also love the ambiance with the windows, especially when they open up the garage door in the summer time! Plus they’re always so chill with letting my puppy hang out with me in store.

Will not be returning as I do not want to be ordering from their virtual cashier" there were two other employees there who could've took my order but instead I was told to order through the screen."
