When I came here (Charles-Albanel) a year and 4 months ago, I asked two questions, do I hear the neighbours and are there bug problems, I was told no to both questions........I understand not telling someone who doesn't ask, not gonna get too many tenants by telling them things like that, but if the question is posed, should they not be obligated to tell the truth? In the time that I have been here I have had to move all my furniture, pack all the stuff from cupboards and closets and get my ex to take the cats 5 TIMES. And the people who live over me I can hear all day and night moving things across the floor, running and yelling......Trouble is most of the people here are here because we can't afford to move. They get one star because you have to put something

Unhygienic, dirtyyyy, unprofessional! Don't be fooled by the cheap prices because it will cause you your health -litterally!

Absolutely terrible neighbours. No one vets people before they move in. Does not respond promptly of at all, does not take noise complaints seriously. Constant smell of pot and cigarettes wafting from neighboring units, loud thumping bass and music late into the night. Emails going back months to deal with these problems and absolutely ZERO resolutions. DO NOT MOVE HERE, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Absolutely sick and tired of this garbage situation, moving out ASAP.
