Waverly Place

I moved into the building in December and my experience with Realstar Management has been nothing but positive. The facilities are always clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and are extremely attentive and are ready to help on the dime. The building is extremely well taken care of and you can tell the people that work at Waverly Place genuinely care about their tenants happiness. Groceries, pharmacy and everything you could need is within a 5 minute drive. Beautiful place and excellent location, I love it here.

I have moved to this place recently almost 5 months back and it is so far the most comfortable stay for me and my family in Canada.Everyone from the management office and the entire team on ground is really helpful and responsive. They take every possible step to make you feel home and part of the community.

I chose to live here because the building was clean and well maintained. Also the staff were very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this building.

We moved to the apartment a month ago and so far everything is going very well. The apartment is beautiful and fully renovated. Common areas are nice and clean. The location is good, near groceries stores, pharmacies and some restaurants. The administration team is agreeable and friendly, they are always willing to help resolving requests and answering questions.We are glad we have chosen Waverly Place apartments as our home.

Leasing staff grossly lack professionalism.Went to a viewing scheduled for 1 pm. Got there early, was told they had it scheduled for 12. We were told 1 pm when we scheduled it.Then they told us that the one apartment was already given to another person, and that they have another viewing for it scheduled later in the day.If someone else took it, why was I not informed ahead of time instead of wasting my time to come view?Why is there another viewing when the apartment is taken?Why tell my that the viewing was scheduled at a different time?There was so much unprofessional conduct and lies, it's clear the leasing staff needs to be changed.

Friendly Staff, prompt repairs and upgrades. Great location. Close to grocery stores, banks & both The Pen & OCoN. On a bus route & close to the Welland Canal, too.

Lived here for almost two years, 2021-22. The management team when I first moved in, with the exception of the maintenance staff, were awful - rude and generally useless. Following a sewage back up and consequent flood in my apartment due to lack of sewer maintenance (a problem they were already aware of due to neighbours having had the same issue before my arrival), I was left very much out of pocket and even though a basic clean up was carried out by the property managers, I lost personal items and had to pay for expensive hotels during a peak time of year. The response was That's why you have insurance" and I was handed a paltry sum towards the hotel stay that didn't even cover a quarter of my expenses.This previous management is why the property still has such terrible review ratings.The old management vanished under vague circumstances at the beginning of 2022 and the change was incredible. The new property managers live on site and have implemented many changes in the few months since taking over - new windows throughout

Been living at this apartment for about a year now; and the previous managers were horrible and racist. When complaints were filed it was never attended to accordingly. But since they’ve been gone, the new management and team is honestly perfect (so far anyway) very sweet, they clean the halls and apartment. And they’re so efficient, that they’ll come the same day just to fix the basic things. Definitely recommend these apartments.
