Very kind staff - friendly, helpful, they went out of their way for us. The hotel offers free snacks, free parking. New Westminster is a clean accessible suburb, 20 minutes south of downtown. We had no difficulty driving into the city. The bed was spacious and comfortable. We will come back.

The room was exactly what we needed for a one night stay!The staff was super friendly and helpful! The only down side is that the room was very small, if you needed to spend some time in there it would have been tight! Online booking did not really show size of room BUT we stayed after a concert so really just had a good night's sleep and we were out!Very easy to find and the tranit in the area was easy to figure out!Overall cute little place, and we would probably consider staying again!

No coffee pot in room and only a paid coffee vending machine in lobby that gives half cups that you pay for and it tastes like watered down chemicals. Doesn’t even taste like cofffee. I paid over $200 for a tiny little bedroom and couldnt get a cup of free coffee. Only after did they tell me I could request a coffee pot to be put in my room. The service personnel were nice but I’ve never been to a hotel that was so thrifty that you didn’t have a coffee option in your room and are only given that possibility after you mention writing a review.

I love this little boutique hotel. The room was clean and quiet with modern amenities , the bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The bathroom was completely renovated. There was complimentary water in the fridge and a microwave in the room. Fruit, protein bars, yummy popcorn, ,tea and coffee in the lobby. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend this little gem.

We stayed here during the Christmas storm in 2022 before attempting to make our flight the next day. The room was very quiet and peaceful. The location was good, and though we initially found it odd to be located in a strip mall, all our concerns vanished once we stayed. The beds were clean and comfortable and so was the rest of the room. We arrived after hours and when I phoned and told them this, the front desk clerk provided me with a code to enter the building and the room when I told them how late we would be arriving. Would absolutely stay here again. Great stay, if a short one.

Love this hotel! Staff is super kind and generous. I stayed several times here because they accept my dog. They provide a dog bed if asked. Rooms are very clean (even under the bed!). I found my room quiet and slept excellent. Microwave was in my room and truly appreciated. I love their face clothes, just the right gentle roughness for a squeaky clean skin. Breakfast snacks and tea provided for free. Coffee is inexpensive. A hotel worth the price. Location great for it is quick to get to Vancouver or the freeway going east.

Quirky and cute! NOT your average generic hotel. Quiet and comfortable, friendly staff, clean, good value. If you like something a little off beat and eccentric you'll love it. A beautiful classic Enfield motorcycle in the lobby, unique sort of cyberpunk/psychedelic/fantasy paintings in halls and rooms. Small room and little portable AC, but the room stayed cool and comfortable. I think all rooms are on the second floor and there's no elevator, so better if you don't need to take a dozen bug pieces of luggage to your room. I had a few moments checking in where I questioned my choice, but upon leaving I'm quite glad I stayed here and saved some money compared to more expensive, generic choices.

What a gem! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very close to Vancouver airport. While the room was small, it had all of the amenities for a comfortable one night stay prior to flying out. Complimentary snacks and fruit awaited us at check in and for the duration of our short stay. The host gave us very good recommendations for getting a bite to eat within walking distance. Most notable was how quiet it was in a busy area. It should be noted that there isn’t an elevator, and rooms are on the second floor with two flights of stairs. Would definitely recommend to the traveler who wants a safe, clean, and comfortable place to rest their head.
