I got a lizard from here a while back and it died within a few days. It didn’t move a lot, and it didn’t eat a lot, but I just thought it was the stress of a new home. I contacted the shop and they said it’s not their fault and didn’t offer any kind of insurance period for their pets. I drove out of my way to come here and was severely disappointed in the service provided. I since bought a new baby lizard which is thriving in the exact same tank, I didn’t change a thing. It’s not my set up, it was the lizard.

Fantastic shop! Have been going here for 8+ years, even when I lived in Elmvale. Every employee is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a new terrarium for my 10 year old Creamsicle Corn Snake along with supplies. The staff working that day were very helpful in showing me what the new terrarium had to offer, as well as help me carry it out to my car.Always excellent service, 10/10 every time!!

Beautiful little store. Lots of animals on display and a good variety on sale. The staff seem well educated and knowledgeable. The uniforms and decor really make coming here feel like going to the zoo. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. Their animals also seem healthy and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend the store to others.I usually come here to buy feeder rats and, though I buy frozen, the rats' coats are always shiny and they seem to have been healthy before death, which makes me feel confident feeding them to my snakes.

Hands down the best reptile store I have been too. All the animals look happy. Their enclosures are clean. Every time I go in they are feeding something so you know they care about the animals. Very well kept. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you with your needs, and to answer any questions you have.

I just bought my first bearded dragon here. I am not going to lie I went to all their competitors as well. However, the level of help I got here was amazing and their prices are pretty decent. I go here almost every week now to get food and I am always met with a friendly face. The place is a little small but there is so much to see. It my daughter new favorite spot to go to.

I always go here for my Reptile food and accessories. They are always super helpful and very friendly and ready to help you with all kinds of questions that you might need to ask about your reptiles, and they have a lot of different supplies that you might need also!

Good selection of stuff, friendly staff and many different types of reptiles from lizards to snakes to turtles and many other types of reptiles. Great hours of operation. Would recommend this store to other people.

We always have an excellent experience. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We look forward to chatting every time we visit. I've been going for almost a decade I believe I've never had a poor experience. I highly recommend this place remember to shop local! Small businesses Rock!
