Not a pleasant shopping experience as the representative was very pushy, lacked manners and was unprofessional. There are many locations around the GTA where the experience is relaxed and sales reps are genuinely helpful. Unfortunately will not be returning.

Best experience mattress Shopping.Charu helped us when we went in to buy a mattress. She allowed us to try mattresses custom to how we sleep and do sleep tests while keeping in mind issues we had with sleep. She found us mattresses in our price range that were good quality and gave us info on sales and time lines the store has. Was very nice! She is the reason I purchased a mattress the same day I walked in for the first time!

Had a lovely experience purchasing a new pillow from this location. Mark, the sales representative was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I had a very pleasant buying experience here!

Not a good experience with pillows. Told I was a side sleeper, they brought some pillows for testing, but then they sold me a back/stomach sleeper pillow. Very expensive!!! And guess what?? They do not exchange pillows, only mattress. What the hell, they made the mistake and I am the one that pays for it! They say it is to avoid contamination, wondering if a mattress would not have the same kind of issue!

was in the area and stopped in to buy a new mattress. mark was a decent salesman. I wanted some time to think about the deal provided. I went back in the next day and met joe. I would recommend staying away from joe. horrible service and very aggressive sales pitch. very poor service. needless to say I never ended up buying the mattress. sleep country gave me $25 off $100 for the troubles and said chris the manager would call me, but he hasn't called me back in one month and I made three attempts to call him.

Mark is THE MAN! I have bought several mattresses from sleep country and the best experience by far was this week. He was attentive, knowledgeable, polite and kind, and most importantly helped me find my dream bed. I was in and out of there very quick and hassle-free which is valuable to me with 2 small kids. I will continue to purchase our mattresses from Sleep Country on Rutherford and will definitely be asking for Mark by name. Thanks again!

Went to the Vaughan mills location to see Mark. I took my mom to see Mark because she has been getting neck pains and headaches from her pillow. Mark asked question on how she slept and for how long, he asked a lot of questions which shows how much he cares about the customer and not the sale. We tested a few pillows and grabbed the best one suited for her needs. This morning she woke up refreshed and no pain and no headache. Mark, if you are reading this I want to thank you so much for all your help and your kindness and care. If you want the best of the best go to sleep country at the Vaughan mills location and ask for Mark.

It has been a number of years since we bought new mattresses so we really did not know what to expect.Mark Pieta at Sleep Country in Maple was the most friendly, patient person we could have hoped to get.Not only did he spend the time with us to figure out what we wanted/needed but he was in no way pushy or impatient regarding the time it took for us to decide.He took his time with both us and our daughter who has never bought a new mattress.My wife and I will definitely use this store again for other items such as pillows or other bed items.If Mark is still there it will make it all the more comfortable.Thank you Sleep Country and Thank you very much Mark.PSNOT AGAINST the SLEEP COUNTRY store in Maple.The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is the delivery service left much to be desired. They did not call ahead of time but just arrived very late in the day and rushed in/out as fast as they possible could.In fact I had to tell them that the box spring goes under the mattress and not leaning against the wall before they left.
