Ripped our company off. Called in and spoke to Dana. We described what type of land we were drilling in and that we required drill bits. Dana sold us drill bits costing us almost $3000 plus very costly freight to ship to the remote north. Once it arrived and it was clear the bits sold to us would not drill in rocky permafrost. Dana refused to take any accountability on selling us what we can't use, finally agreed to take the products back at our shipping expense and added a restocking fee. Probably saw this as an opportunity to unload bits to a company ordering with such high freight costs. I don't trust that this company would in fact refund anything even if it was sent back.

Have dealt with Tundra for many many years and they have always provided great products and goes the extra mile with their customer service.

Company always provides us with our specialized drilling supplies. Always on time, and pricing is competitive.
