Restaurant Le Renato
We were sixteen cylclists and we stayed two nights and even left our cars for a week in the hotel parking. This is a clean and lovely hotel, nice design and good seating in the lobby, the staff very friendly, and the continental breakfast is served in the lobby restaurant despite other hotels still serving in the rooms due to Covid restrictions other places have decided not to lift while they could. This hotel serving in the lobby made us feel more relaxed.

Don't try at any cost even if you are hungry.Service zeroQuality of food zeroWith disrespect to clientsWhy- was served a burger that was bitten- Had to wait 50 min for an order that they messed up so badly- had to send food back 3 times because it was not as ordered- waitress admitted cook was distracted- never got half the order

We were really hungry and wanted to have good pizza. The reviews said amazing things, so went for this place. We tried their meat pizza, but the pizza was okay, but not the best. Their market veggies pizza was not at all good. The veggies was raw and not cooked. The size was comfortable, but the taste was not adequate. However the staff were really nice! They accept cash and card.

The food was good, served hot and fast. On the other hand, the service was what made me give it a 4 stars and not a 5 stars. Our waitress ( can't remember her name), seem like a new staff member, having a hard time explaining the menu and the difference between portions. It's also not a good move to point at us while making faces with the other employees. Overall, the kitchen staff is excellent, the portions are plentiful and the food is amazing, but the service i and the rest of my family received that night was meh" at best."

Our Hockey team was in Lac Megantic for a Hockey tournament and we ate at Le Renato a couple of times and each time the food was outstanding, every plate I saw looked delicious. I definitely recommend you try it.

Valery was awesome she told right when I sat down she was short of staff.. I did not feel this was the case my meal was prepared and severd in a respectful time. She also made time to ask if everything was to my liking. This is my favorite restaurant when ever I visit for business. I had the lasagna it is the only thing I order, because it so darn good. The best restaurant in the area.
