When I hurt my knee, I was referred to see Stacey by my trainer. She quickly narrowed in on the problem and helped get me back on my feet very quickly. She is very friendly and great to meet with, even for early morning appointment. I always left feeling like a million bucks, and my knee recovered quickly. Just can't say enough how great she was, and how great it is to have full use of my knee again!

I started seeing Dr Kay in January of this year. I am new to Waterloo and I was seeing my previous chiropractor for two years and loved the service so I was nervous. Turns out I love Dr Kay even more. She' super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She takes her time and makes sure to address all my aches and pains and cracks my bones in all the right places (I do love a good crack). I am really looking forward to my appointments every two weeks and really enjoy our chats during the sessions.I have also started seeing Annette for massages and it was the best massage I've ever had (have seen quite a few RMTs over the years). Annette is also super friendly, knowledgeable and her touch is magic.I am so happy to have found this gem in my neighborhood!

Always thoughtful in their approach. My self and family member have been here for Chiropractic treatment, and Physiotherapy. They are very professional and have helped us through some very painful days. The treatment given has helped ease pain, increase strength and overall mobility. I would definately recommend Higher, Faster Stronger. Their whole team is exceptional.

I have been seeing Deb for a few years now and I can't recommend her enough. I have had a number of issues related to posture or gym injuries, and she is always on point with treatment and recovery. She also has a great personality and makes each visit super chill. Don't think, book a session with her!

Visited Dr. Kay for chiro. First visit is a bit pricey but she was extremely thorough compared to any chiropractor so you definitely get your money's worth. Atmosphere was great and Dr Kay was very personable and easy to talk to about conditions. Definitely recommend it to anyone with back/shoulder/neck pain.

Been a few times trying to fix a shoulder injury. Stacey is really friendly and takes her time. Seeing good results, wish I had gone months ago!!!Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Deb is awesome and friendly. Along with the other staff.Mostly go for an adjustment only but have also used the physio services for after my knee surgery I was back up and moving in only a few short weeks.

Dr Debra is a truly caring professional. She persisted until she got me the results I needed as I have physically demanding business. I highly recommend her and her clinic!
