Had a great experience here. I needed help with a few things, and I had no idea what I was doing. After walking through the door I had Jason help me with the items I needed. I can’t say enough good things about Jason - he was honest, helpful and informative. His customer service was above and beyond. After only a short time, I left feeling confident about the items I needed. More people like him are needed in this industry, and because of him this establishment will continue to get my business.

They refused to show us a mask that would fit better due to the shape of the seal. They made us take the mask we didn't want (was covered by insurance). I will be calling in today to see if they are going to help us or leave us high and dry like they did another family member of mine!

I had a sleep specialist (Rebecca) help me with a problem associated with my ResMed machine. She was able to remotely identify the problem and quickly ordered me a replacement. Excellent professional Customer Service! Thanks-you
