I cannot say enough good things about Helene Jaune Cookies! I ordered a Japanese style fluffy cheesecake for my sister’s birthday and it was to die for. Eric was absolutely lovely and made picking up the cheesecake a breeze. He and his wife even treated my sister to some cookies for her birthday!I’ve also stopped by their booth at the Farmers Market. They have wonderful treats (try the Happy Cubes)! I will definitely be purchasing more goodies in the future!

We are in Vancouver and we ordered cookies and snacks online for few times. All the goods are packed nicely and delivered within a week. Helene Jaune Cookies is our favorite bakery with excellent quality, taste and reasonable prices. Their products are true Hong Kong favours. Hope we can visit the store and try all other good stuff. Highly recommended!

Caramel nut mix was impeccable! Cheesecake was fluffy yet super rich in cheese, heavenly! The cake is not sold on spot but freshly made to order, totally worth the wait!

We're on our fourth tin of butter cookies in three weeks! These are delicious & not overly sweet. We love the different flavours but for me the coffee is extra special. Tried a happy cube and also the nut clusters today. Really tasty! I'm so glad Helene & Eric settled in Halifax. Lucky us!

I have made my fair share of Japanese cheesecakes, so I know what to expect when sampling one. Eric's Japanese cheesecake completely took me by surprise. Not only was it soft, fluffy and had that melt-in-your-mouth texture, but as it melted, it had a milk powder-type of very light crystally texture that took me totally by surprise. Normally you wouldn't expect this type of texture in a Japanese cheesecake, but somehow, it made me like this one so much more that I just had to write about it. Just the perfect amount of cream cheese flavor, lightly sweet and barely any eggy aftertaste, @helene_jaune_cookies made me one hell of an amazing cheesecake. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I bought a strawberry,rainbow and a swiss roll for my daughter's birthday. The cakes were beautifully done. they tasted deliciously as we did not fancy really sweet stuff. My daughter's classmates and friends absolutely loved them. definitely go back for another birthday party!

We ordered the Japanese Cheesecake, it was lovely! Nice and fluffy, like biting into a cheesecake cloud! Customer services was wonderful, Eric was very kind and his communication was great. Definitely recommend!

We ordered a coconut Swiss roll for our daughter's first birthday and it was a great hit. Light, fluffy, not too sweet, absolutely delicious! The cake was consumed in minutes, wished we bought 2!

My wife bakes a lot, and the only things she buy are the ones she can not make at home. She ended up getting almost one of each items Erik had in the table. In top of that we placed an order for the Japanese's Cheesecake that we pick up next day. The next day Erik texted us to let us know he was working on the cake and another time to let us know the order was ready. For the pick up, we drove to a residential address and called Erik letting him know we were there. He brought the cake to us. It was delicious. We hope the best for this family business, you are doing great in product quality and customer services.
