They did a great job on installing new carpeting on my staircase. I was out of town and they entered through the lockbox and did the install. They cleaned up so when I returned I could enjoy.

RUDE SALESMAN, OVER PRICED. THEY WILL SELL YOU DAMAGED FLOORING AND ACCUSE YOU OF DAMAGING IT. DON'T TRUST THEM! MANY OTHER FLOORING PLACES ON KENNEDY RD WITH BETTER SERVICE!!!

Great shop with fair deals on quality carpet. Ask for Pete who takes the time to answer all your questions and give you the straight answers that you want. Installation by Sam was well done and timely. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Rude customer service

Went in today with my wife for information on different flooring options. Staff member was rude and unhelpful. He rolled his eyes at our questions. It seemed as if he was bothered by us being the only customers there.

Website says they're closed on Sundays, but they were open. Went in and was completely ignored by all 3 employees who looked up, saw us, and then went back to playing on their phones. We left after 10 minutes, they never greeted us and never offered any help whatsoever.

I got quotes from a few places in the GTA (all the others were 10-12k) but I could tell as soon as I contacted Lifestyle Flooring the service was different. We did a beautiful Grey luxury vinyl, installed beautifully with a 5-inch high baseboard and it looks amazing. But what impressed me the most was the old-school customer service. Mel (the owner) is the type of owner that will patiently answer any and all questions, go to lengths to keep you in the loop, research the best price for the baseboards, accommodate your schedule and requests. Peter was equally thoughtful and patient helping me choose my floor shade. They gave service at a level that you almost never see any more. Other places were pressuring me to commit to the job without coming to measure my place, without helping me choose baseboards and without explaining key aspects of the install. Mel worked hard to consider the odd angles in my odd-shaped condo layout, saved me approx. $2000 by laying vinyl over the tile (which the competitor hadn't even mentioned as an option), and shopped around to find me stunning MDF baseboards cheaper than the real wood option. The installer was Hussein and he did lovely work. I'd give 11 stars if I could!

you get what you pay for, installation was mediocre, gaps at the corners, for rental homes is okay would not use for my own floors, installers laid out flooring outside getting it all dirty.

I do not often take the time to write long reviews, but I could not pass on the occasion to share how amazing Mel and Lifestyle Flooring is.We were recommended the shop by another down the road surprisingly, the experience has been perfect. The staff and the owner Mel are very knowledgeable and very obviously passionate about their products. They give plenty of advice and do not do any hard sale.Even after you buy from them, post sales is the best there is. 'No' was never an answer to any of our requests, from holding our carpet longer in storage due to delays in our unit to adding more carpet with binding to our order last minute.Communication was also very easy by phone, somehow he always knew my order every-time I called.And best of all, the carpet we bought is absolutely amazing. The quality is the best we have seen when shopping around, and we have only had praises from anyone who visits our place.Shops like these are rare nowadays so I absolutely wanted to share this feedback as this is how good business should be done.Keep it up Mel
