i went today and it was great! the staff was very nice and since the new owners the place has really gone uphill! it’s a great place to bring kids and it’s a little bit dirty but it’s very fun

Great spot to bring the kids on a rainy day in Nanaimo. It was about $10.00 for my three year old and free for adults. See pictures for the different types of structures and playground equipment that they have, bouncy castle was a huge hit and it has a basketball net inside. They sell snacks and coffee as well and also host birthday parties. I forgot my socks and they sold me a pair for $2.00 (no shoes on the carpet, socks mandatory). They have a section for the babies or young toddlers. Very friendly staff and the place is close to restaurants and other amenities. 4 stars!

I found the signage on every wall really uninviting. Walking into an establishment and seeing don’t do this signs everywhere is not inviting. Since they are directed at adults not using equipment an explanation of this upon entry should suffice. Also it states 100 pound limit does this mean no one cleans your equipment or is this a blatant lie. The kids had a great time but the signs are so unnecessary.

Took our son and his little friends there to celebrate his birthday- we didn’t do a birthday room but maybe next year! All the kids had a blast and the baby/toddler area was wonderful for our younger son. Very friendly staff as well. We’ll be back!

Took the grandkids here yesterday and had a great time . The staff was very polite thanked us for coming. It was clean and food was good value for the cost. Would recommend and will definitely be going back.

From beginning to end, the staff provided a great birthday party experience for my daughter's birthday this past weekend. All of the details were taken care of, including her unique theme and the amazing cake and cake pops they created for her. It was very memorable for all of the kids. An extra special shoutout to Nettie and Stephanie who really went the extra mile for us, you are amazing. Thank you so much Jumping Jiminy's!

My daughter had the absolute best birthday! We didn’t need to plan anything. The food, decorations, cake and entertainment were covered! I highly recommend the premium room as parents have a spot to sit and there was ample space for all. All the staff were helpful and just as excited as my daughter for her special day. The manager checked in on our group more than once and made sure her day was perfect. We can’t wait to go back!

We visited with our little one from out of province to let her get some energy out. Overall we enjoyed our time here, although it definitely would have been nice to be able to go on the structures with her to get her comfortable with them, especially since there were no other kids there for most of our visit. No other indoor playground we’ve visited has had such a restriction.

Since the new owners have taken over they have made a huge difference. There are more toys and new things happening. The toddler area has lovely new chairs for the parents and a small bouncy castle for the smaller kids. Fantastic job guys! We will be coming back for sure!

Update: You don’t know who I am, I have never pushed any rules at this establishment, I do not have a toddler. My child is almost 9. Stop trying to slander your customers , my review is true and there is multiple people with consistent complaints. A disappointing “upgrade”Disappointing with the new owners , this place is more of a joke then before . price increase again. 16$ for one child . No adults are allowed in the play area anymore , I’ve gone here MANY times and never once had I seen a child injured from a parent escorting their little one around. They talk about “safety” try money grab . They throw in a couple egg chairs and rearrange the baby centre as if that will Increase business and disguise their poor changes . They added another “blow up attraction “ that was closed almost the whole time we were here on a Saturday . Despite the sign saying it should be open . What’s next ? Start tracking 1 hour play times on top of it ? I Won’t be going back I’ll stick to air house !!
