We went to the store on its launch day and couple of times after that! Very happy to find a place for natural and eco-friendly options. They have a wide range of natural beauty products and refillable station with amazing price points! Owner and staff were super nice. Always gave us lots of samples! Great customer service!

I visited Terra 20 for the first time and was very impressed by the product selection and excellent service! Louise, the store owner, took the time to point out items I may have otherwise overlooked and make recommendations based on what I was looking for. This was especially helpful given I was shopping with my two year old. I ended up leaving with a big bag of goodies, from environmentally friendly cleaning supplies to baby products, and can’t wait to go back!

Many ECO products to buy. I was impressed that so many products are produced either locally or in Ontario. Expensive, but the prices are comparable to other stores. 5 stars for the store. 2 stars for their Grand Opening which I thought was disappointing. The following were not done as advertised: door prizes and giveaways, a free Terra20 reusable bag, and in-store demos. This store is small compared to the West end location, but it still has a little bit of everything.

So happy to have an eco-friendly store in Orleans. I’ve recently discovered the refill station and I am loving the dish soap and body wash. Louise is very personable and knowledgeable. She always welcomes you with a smile. I highly recommend you go for a visit. You won’t regret it!

I am so happy with have a Terra20 in Orleans. They have wonderful eco-friendly products. Reduce waste by bringing your own containers and fill them with dish soap, window cleaner, laundry soap, shampoo etc. They also have a recycling program where you can bring your old toothbrush and other empty containers such as body lotion tubes, etc.The service was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great place with friendly staff. Best eco store in Ottawa and the most eco-friendly one as well. Their soap refill station is the best thing ever. I got a tease tumbler from them and it's literally a lifesaver. Absolutely value for money. Best eco store in Ottawa by a mile!

My family and I are excited to have Terra 20, right at our door steps. We have been customers of this brand for quite some time, but we had difficulty trying to commute to one of the other locations often enough.Firstly, the communication with their online representative has been fantastic. Thank you, André.Secondly, the store is immaculate. It is well organized, clean and bright. They have all the named products and stocked with great quality. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, while willing to offer solutions to your needs.The prices for their products are also reasonable. At Terra 20 Orleans, you can find Eco-friendly, sustainable and less toxic products that are in comparison to many of your traditional cleaning products in terms of price and volume.Lastly, you can find Canadian products and even their own refillable bar of their dish soaps, detergents and everyday cleaners.If you know Terra 20 already, then it's here in Orleans! If you don't know Terra 20, take some time and walk into their store. You'll be greeted with smiles and quality products.Patrick

Loving the new location of terra20. What a great eco store too have in Orleans. Also has a refill station for soap, detergent and cleaning products. You can use their containers or bring your own! Lots of cool gifts as well as natural cosmetics. They have everything you need to be eco-friendly !
