Petro-Canada & Car Wash
So disappointed. I always get gas at Petro-Canada, and today, after purchasing $99 in gas, they tried upselling lottery tickets to me. I despise gambling upselling - thanks so much for ruining my already super $$ experience with gas. Why not try upselling something useful like bananas - or NOTHING else besides gas!!!???

The pumps randomly cut-off mid-filling if you pre-pay inside. This happened to me on pump 5 and 8. It happens so much that the cashier will warn you when you pre-pay. I'm only giving this one star since the location has a carwash

I'm only writing a review because of poor service for the 3rd time. When paying for gas at the counter, I lost out on petrol points, a 10cents discount, and a 3 cents discount from RBC because they don't know how to use the machine. Never had a problem with any other petrol canada locations.

This gas station is close to where I live. I get a discount on my gas, with a card as well as a discount on a car wash. It is nice to be able to have my car washed (brushless) and be able to have it stay clean for a few days. I usually wait for a sunny day. The staff in the convenience store are super friendly. The price of gas is the same everywhere in Halifax, so any discount helps.

This particular location does not have the trigger locks on the pumps so you can let go and clean your windshield while it pumps.They were brought back several years ago to other stations, so why has this location not installed them?Also, tried using the app to process the payment, and it asks for the pump number. Most stations would have the pump number right on the pump so you can see it from your car, but not this one. I had to get out of my car and look around for it. Finally found it wayyyyy up on the top of a post, facing the opposite direction. Christ.Clearly there is a management problem at this location.
