Filipino lady at the counter is worst.Pathetic english and bad attitude

Normally I enjoy this post office, but went in this Sunday and their new employee has to be the most unpleasant postal worker I’ve ever met. She was rude, unprofessional, and made me never want to step foot in that shop ever again. Do better

I normally don’t post reviews but my experience here today was so awful. I go to post offices multiple times a week for my small business and have never had such unpleasant service at a Canada post before! Normally the employees here are quite pleasant, not as efficient as other locations, but friendly and things get done well, however one of their newer employees is truly awful. I watched her roll her eyes and make rude remarks to a woman who was just looking to get a stamp, then when it was my turn to get packages done she was equally unpleasant. Her attitude was appalling and condescending, I actually ended up taking my other parcels and just saying I’d go to another post office because she was so unpleasant to deal with, makes me think twice about going to this location again!Ended up going to the one at Lougheed mall for the remaining parcels and the man there was excellent, polite and very quick, more like the usual friendly Canada post drop off :) I think I’ll head there more often so I don’t have to risk the awful experience with the young girl here

This has been my go-to Canada Post because it's on my way back home from work, and parking is never an issue here. The lady who works here is very knowledgeable, but I can understand why some people think she is rude because she is direct in the way she speaks. I don't mind that personally because she gets the job done and is quick.

My family and I are regular clients to this office. On several occasions we received wrong information that cost us time and money.Sometimes we have to go to a different Post Office (New Westminster) to make sure we receive good service.

I have tried to drop off prepaid packages to this location when the lady told me straight up “no!”. This is because they don’t have the equipment to scan my packages. If this is true - Canada Post take this location off your site. I have never received such infuriating service.

The lady who works here has a major attitude problem. If you don’t have your information right away she’ll be rude and impatient. The first thing she’ll say to you if she can’t find your package is “it is not my responsibility” instead of asking for your tracking number and how to help. Extremely rude. She thinks she’s being efficient but she’s just being straight up rude.

The woman at the counter refused to take a Amazon prepaid parcel because it weighted 23 Kgs. 3 Kgs over their allowed weight?? Are you kidding me you are a Canada Post outlet. Your job is to take parcels. The woman who runs the place is unhelpful. I think she is just not interested in having to lift a parcel. Based on all of the 1 star ratings maybe it’s time Canada Post shuts down this outlet and finds a place where people are interested in working and providing customer service.
