I ordered from Amazon 2 week ago and paid for the 2 day delivery and I am still waiting formy stuff. When I call they tell me my adress is wrong or wrong number and then still tell me it coming in 24hrs and still Nothing . I dont get it they cant follow instructions or

Last three amazon orders I have made, the package makes it to these guys, then is never seen again, cant wait until Amazon pulls their contract

Excellent service. Usually delivered early to my rural home. Delivery persons are polite and friendly if you happen to see them.

Worst delivery company ever. My Amazon orders just sit in Thunder Bay for days, weeks, before they get put on a truck for delivery. One driver told me the parcels just sit there until they have a truck load to come to my town. This is unacceptable and I hope Amazon fires them soon! This is not how you run a modern delivery business, hire me and let me turn things around for you!!

Every time I have a package coming and the delivery person is Sandra Gayle. It blows my mind how fast and efficient she is. I don't understand what she's doing differently. But she's definitely the best carrier for Intelcom that I've ever had.She has my packages delivered within 1-2 hours from them being sent out for delivery. Every other carrier is a 4+ hour wait, and sometimes it even gets rescheduled for the next day. Not with Sandra. She's like a package delivering assassin out for package delivery domination over the city to end late package woes. I can't wait for her to have a Netflix series about this.

Tracking and emails confirmed my package arrived in Thunder Bay Dec 9 and would be delivered that day. It is now Dec 18 and the package has not yet been delivered. Today the email stated the package would be delivered within three hours. As it is now 9pm it will not be delivered again.Calls to the head office were useless. Again promises of next day delivery. In fact I was told the package was in the truck and on the way. A request to speak with a supervisor was unsuccessful. A promised call back within 24 hours did not occur. I wonder if I will get my Christmas tree before the 24th of December.

Hoping Amazon will use a different carrier. Package made it to Thunder Bay but apparently could not be delivered. Called and was assured another attempt would be made (I did offer to pickup) but none was. Package instead was returned. Not helpful at all when I called again, not even an apology offered.

Driver stole my package. Came to myHouse didn't even get out of vehicle, took a picture of the side of my house without the package in the picture and left. Not the first time either. Be careful

The most horrible service in the world. The delivery man nock my door and back to the car . He don’t waited one second. He call me from his car and when I answered he turned off. I’m choked with the call service when I called to explain the situation the attendant is so rude and he don’t do anything, just say sorry madam.
