If you're in the market for a mattress, you can come here to get a feel for the Casper brand mattresses. I enjoyed the mattress I got. However, if you buy it directly from the store you'll pay full price. Whereas you can easily wait for the right discount from the Bay or somewhere else. That's what I did, waited for a discount somewhere else.

Terrible!!! 1 year and the mattress is garbage!!! Tried to make the warranty valid and only kept getting the runaround !! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Don't be fooled by this trash 3rd rate company pretending to be a great company that sells quality products. Bought a foam pillow which they did not ship out at all and ultimately cancelled, screwing me over since I skipped on buying another foam pillow on sale on Amazon. Customer service just left me hanging and pretty much disconnected the call without solving the issue. Casper is a joke and are borderline scammers.

Can we just talk about the toy that comes with the bed for a second? Is it a pineapple? Is it a waffle? Who the heck knows but my golden retriever that shreds all stuffies within minutes has not been able to get through this toy for the past two months. She takes it everywhere with her. The bed she could take or leave. (We like the bed) but the toy is the best $300 we’ve ever spent. ⭐️ 5/5

Even during covid they are very accommodating. Just be honest and talk to the sales rep, learn about the products and figure out what you're looking for. They provide a private space to lie down and get a feel for the mattresses. You don't need to rush with purchasing - take your time. I enjoyed shopping here and did purchase a mattress. They helped me understand the whole process and made it very easy to get my delivery.

We had a fantastic experience here! Jessica specifically was so incredibly helpful to us. She was so knowledgeable about all the different mattresses, and took the time to explain everything in detail and make us feel comfortable. We were shopping for mattresses over a few weeks, and she was always patient and helpful every time we went back to the store to give things another try.We got the Casper original hybrid and we’re so so happy. We tried a lot of different mattresses and Casper takes the cake by far. I look forward to going to bed every night now haha!Thank you Jessica!!!

I found their mattress to be too soft despite their medium firm and firm ratings. the hybrid mattress made quite noise when it faced some bounce. you would expect better performance from such a premium mattress

We just picked up a medium size grey Casper Dog Bed. The staff are great and they honoured the online deals in-store too. It’s my first interaction with this brand and it was a good one.

Bought their top of the line mattress little over a year ago, it’s already giving out and sinking. It is causing bad back pain now every time I wake up. It’s terrible and doesn’t last
