I noticed a few reviews that mention Brianna and how helpful she was but in my experience she’s very rude. She made herself out to be the manager when one of the other girls said the manager was off for 2 weeks. Heard her talk badly about previous workers to current staff, and her only motivation is sales rather than giving genuine advice. Heard her saying she disliked a product to other staff only to then hear her rave about it to a customer a few minutes later. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy behaviour, I won’t be taking her recommendations.

Tired of seeing the 1 star reviews about Boxing Day. These ladies work so hard and don’t deserve the bad reviews. For those who don’t know, there was a fire Christmas Day at the bell store right next door, staff wouldn’t have been allowed in due to smoke damage so no- a sign could not have been posted. The staff would have been stressed, worried about the future of their jobs during the holiday season, an already stressful time, and dealing with insurance and now, bad reviews? Really? Do better people, show this store more love. It’s my go to place when I am feeling down and they always brighten my day.

Great store, friendly staff. I feel like it’s always well stocked for what I need. However, the online website is soooo painful to navigate through and It’s definitely not set up as a Canadian website. And it’s so slow and doesn’t load when you want to look for products online. Definitely shop in store! The staff are always happy to help

This Sally's is the best one I've been to by far, everyone there is so helpful and knows exactly what I'm looking for, or where to find the answer if they don't know. Brianna especially is an excellent addition to the team, her advice about hair products/methods has never steered me wrong.I've noticed a few new reviews talking about how the posted hours for Boxing Day weren't accurate when people showed up to the store and found it closed, but I think it's super important to know that the neighboring store had a fire the night before that made it incredibly dangerous for the employees to even access Sally's. Instead of jumping to writing a scathing review about an emergency situation it might have been nice to call the store the following days and find out why they were closed.

I went in wanting to buy some hair lightening products but wasn’t sure what ones to get. There were multiple staff working and not one of them came over and asked if i needed help. Definitely won’t be coming back if that’s the kind of service that i get.

I usually love Sally’s and have never had any problems with it really but on Boxing Day I went to Red Deer (a bit of a drive for me as well compared to the other review) just to find out that they were “closed”? I looked online standing outside the doors and it said they were open at 12pm which is when I went. The store even had holiday hours taped up to the window and it confirmed they were open. I understand if scheduling issues happen but the lights were all off and the doors were locked. I witnessed a couple of other potential customers visit the doors and look very disappointed and confused when they realized the store hours posted did not match up with reality.

Employees always greet you the minute you walk in. Always there to answer your questions and help you out. Never feel judged here. Always give great advice when doing your own hair too.

Bri and Natasha make the sally beauty shopping experience spectacular. They are both very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they aren't shy about asking for assistance from the amazing manager. They suggest products they have tried themselves in order to give you the best possible outcome from the product purchased. All of the products they have requested have been amazing!!! AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING PRICES, AMAZING PRODUCTS. Keep doing what you are doing girls!!! (If I could have given more then a 5 star review I definitely would have)

I stopped into Sally’s beauty today and the girl working was so wonderful! She ended up saving me a ton of money and I got some great hair stuff!!
