Great place to come for vacation! Book a day off and relax in the insanely busy lobby while waiting along side dozens of impatient people wearing scarves and touques in the middle of summer.On a Saturday morning you can expect a 20-25 minute wait if you are lucky. I have figured out how to order my wife's complicated drink through the app, at which point I get into the Tim Hortons line up and get myself a simple black coffee. I sit back let it cool off, then enjoy the sunshine before entering the lobby hoping my wife's drinks will be ready. At the 20 minute mark there is usually some in indication that the baristas have started working on it.To their credit, they are working their hairnets off, but they just don't have enough help and steamed milk available for the insane demand of the Fergus people.The baristas get 5 stars, the coffee gets 3, the management gets 1 and the people of Fergus get 4 man buns out of 5 for showing up every Saturday to put themselves through the same torchure. I admittedly put myself through this torchure weekly because you know what they say: happy wife...."."

Clean store with lots of seating. Friendly and efficient staff that make sure your order is perfect. Community table, lots of light, charging ports available. Also has a ‘take a book,leave a book’ shelf.

The staff are always super patient and kind. Today was a rough day but I saw when I opened my drink that there was extra whipped cream and I really really appreciated it, it made my day. Thank you, keep it up guys.

I was in there on the 15th in the afternoon. I chose to go inside because the drive thru was very busy. Never again, what a disappointment. I stood at the front of the line, (there was nobody else in the line) for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. In the meantime I'm listening to the staff chat about their personal lifes and laughing while I'm directly in front of them and not even so much as eye contact. Then when I order, I waited 15 minutes before the girl even began making my order. People in the drive thru who ordered well after I did, she kept making their drinks while I just stood there. At one point I caught her giving me the side eye as if she was annoyed with me for even being there. I never complained, never said a word, I simply waited. I will never go into that place again. The staff is clearly not interested in serving clients who come inside. Definitely not the service Starbucks generally provides.

As a fellow partner i’m very disappointed at this location. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato with a LINED CUP and EXTRA DRIZZLE and received neither despite paying for it! I know very well the baristas weren’t too busy to read the ticket properly at 10am on a tuesday in a small farm town. This is not how we are trained! Do better! I would never hand this drink off to somebody and think it’s acceptable.On a positive note, always clean inside.

Starbucks is so good!! I love there drinks. Exept one day when i was ordering a drink that had strawberrys in it. after sipping down my delish drink. I came to realize that i had a brown strawberry in my drink i was kind of disgusted. The strawberry was obliviously rotten. I wish tje strawberrys they used were newer or they would talk out the rotting ones! But i personally love there drinks. And its all clean in there and great service!!

Ordered on app 10 mins away from store. I had to wait 6 mins at the drive thru window till they handed it to me. Store was not busy at the time.Full disclosure I do not drink or like Starbucks products as the coffee I find too bitter as they do not clean their grinders and you can see the oil build up from coffee. I just pick up for my partner!
